Emails coming from a trusted sender is always being moved to SPAM despite me marking them as "NOT a SPAM". How do I corretct this?
I am constantly receiving an email from an established sender (family) and it always goes to my inbox before. Recently (like around 3 weeks ago) it now automatically goes to my Spam. I've marked it as "NOT A SPAM" multiple times so it can go to my inbox but to no avail. Any ideas or help to fix this?
