  3. Fee for email help is rediculous

    12 dollars to get help accessing a locked account?? seriously??
    I am an installation tech that go's in about 8 houses a day and will be telling everyone to stop using yahoo and switch to gmail.

  5. Deleting spam

    I really don't know how to pose this, Every time I try to delete an item in my spam folder it "bounces" right back to said folder. Would you please fix this so I can delete said spam?

  6. Emails being marked READ automatically AFTER I marked it UNREAD

    I will open an email to read it, then have to mark it unread so I can deal with it later. If I leave the email open for any longer than 10 seconds or so, the email will automatically mark as READ again! THIS IS A GLITCH, NOT A FEATURE. FIX IT PLEASE. I am missing important emails and Yahoo is to blame. I can't be on alert all the time with these glitches.

  7. Yahoo: stop reading and commenting on emails from vendors

    Since the "New Mail" version of Yahoo Mail was forced on me, when I open advertising emails from vendors I've done business with, Yahoo now comments on the sales being offered in the email.

    This is totally inappropriate. Yahoo should not be reading my emails, and least of all commenting on them! I do not consent to Yahoo engaging with my email messages!

    Stop reading and commenting on my emails!

    Went to sign in to my sbcglobal.net email, my User ID is not recognized, no person to talk to unless I want to pay, 100's of work emails gone. Thanks for nothing

  10. Stop reading my emails. Scanning them for whatever purpose is a violation of my civil rights. Especially if a lawyer or doctor is involved.

    When this company/service started scanning emails for "marketing purposes" it did so without permission. It violated my privacy. How many times did it violate attorney/client & Doctor/patient privilage before such a policy was noticed? It was stuff like this that causes me to boycott verizon, oath and AOL & yahoo services.

  11. - 2 unread on caption

    After I emptied my e-mail folder, I was surprised to see the browser tab caption say "-2 unread." I have less than none e-mails?
