Search / Inconsistent Results
The search function didn't include the newest Sent email to a recipient in the search results, when the search started at the Sent folder, only after starting from Inbox, it added the recent search result.

Photos in posts have disappeared after many years
All photos from emails were safely stored and many never downloaded, because THEY WERE SAFE IN YAHOO MAIL! Except they were NOT! They disappeared overnight, some very old and precious. What have you done !!!

Moving emails from inbox to specific folder
Apparently, when an email thread is long or has been in the inbox and/or sent for quite a while, even you move it to a specific folder, it goes back to the inbox and/or sent. Tried so many times and still does the same. I am no tech savvy person, so I do not have any idea as to how to go about it.

Let me see all my folders, I have two I can see on my phone but not on my compter. I can't access them on the phone or the computer, HELP!
I have two folders I can see on my phone app but not on my computer. I was able to create sub-foldes in each and those I can access both in phone app and on computer. Why can't I access what's in those folders on my phone app and why can't I see them in the computer program? HELP!

spam and inbox folders are highlighted
While viewing my mail in the "Inbox" folder or any other folders, the Spam folder stays highlighted even though I'm not looking in that folder. Why?

Spam trash button does not delete the Spam in the Folder
The below information link from Gregory May doesn't fix the Spam trash button not working. Amazing! This was posted back in 2018 and the button still doesn't work. It seems like a waste of time posting messages on this forum. Clicking the Spam trash button on Yahoo desktop mail doesn't work with any browser you try it in. Yahoo stop giving your users the run around and fix the issue!

SPAM not SPAM (filters don't scan SPAM folder)
Filters are not working for SPAM folders. It appears they don't apply to SPAM folders. I have repeatedly tried to create filters for certain naming conventions and domains but they always fail. The result is they end up in my SPAM folder.

Fix what you messed up in my screen.
Since the last release my folders do not show up correctly. I can only see half of the folder name. This is hard to use and I'm thinking of changing since daily it's frustrating. i tried a number of things and only this one area is messed up!!

after moving a message into a folder, the message remains in the inbox.

Spam Folder Block Senders feature suddenly missing
I have been using the Block Senders feature in my Spam folder which blocks and deletes the addresses/domains so they don't come back. The other day it suddenly greyed out then just disappears and does not come back. I have to restart email only to see it greyed out and disappear again. Fix it!
