hire some usability experts and make it SUCK LESS
I cannot find one nice thing to say about yahoo mail. The web page is just horrible in every way. Nothing is easy, everything is dumb and hard to do.simple things like wanting to copy an email address, multiple annoying clicks of hateful behavior programmed in to this ****** page. Please hire some usability experts and do some testing with a few sets of average users and make some improvements

search bar for all mail excludes spam folder
The Search Function excludes spam folder from the "Search In: All Mail".
This was covered before and reviewed but was not changed or modified. As the previous writer stated in the link below, mail is very difficult to sift though when trying to find that one email in the overly crowded spam folder. -

split screen means I cant see all of either screen
By trying to show both a preview and the message simultaneously neither is shown in its entirety . I have to make adjustments for each message to read it all.
If the navigation comand area to the left could be easily collapsed that would make it better -
I hate the new format so much I'm dum[ping my Yahoo account.
I was switched without my okay and don't like the new format at all. Harder to find things, more time wasted asking me what color I want my damned screens, it's stupid. I am now closing down my Yahoo and everything connected with it (including, if neccessary, Flickr).
I'm done with you guys, and you should have been done long ago. -

Returning to same spot in inbox when checking mail
When I am going back through old emails trying to delete/ clean up mail or find an email,I find it really annoying that if I click on a specific piece of mail to check it and then press the "back" button, it automatically takes me back to the top of the inbox! It makes no sense because I have to continuously scroll through all those emails again to find my place. Either make pages for email (i.e. 50-100 messages per page), or make it so that it remembers where you were.

scroll bar
Right hand scroll bar disappears and I have not been able to "grab" it at all. I can only scroll down if I hide the ads, then I have access to a large right hand scroll bar. It makes a quick look through my e-mails completely impossible. I've been using yahoo for e-mail over 16 years. It might have to go.

I hate the way the new yahoo mail app looks. cant even see the bin icons for the trash or spam folder. it doesn't tell u how many emails have. its BLOATED with advertiesments. even if u make the window smaller, it still looks like sh$$. did I mention I hate it!?!?!?!?!?

Why did you move Messenger, calender, etc. on the right hand side of the screen?
All of the navigation used to be on the left hand side of the screen, where 80% of web pages have navigation. Why did you move Messenger, calendar, contacts, etc. to the right hand side? Stupid move. Not only is this a change from where it was, but it doesn't even meet industry standards. No one has navigation buttons on the right hand side of the screen.
