  2. this new page set up is visually disturbing, you must realize every site that changes mode and design creates a brain drain

    yahoo's continuous mail changes create a brain drain,
    it is too time consuming to keep altering figurations and learning
    new modes and positions and directons... please give us a break

  3. Move mail

    When one hits the Move button to move the active email, it always displays a short list of folders in alphabetical order. The text box to search the folders is not selected by default. It should be selected and ready to receive search characters from the keyboard. It is annoying that one must select the text box first.
    Also, you may want to consider being a lot smarter about which folders show up on the short list, such as frequently used or contextual to what the email is (sender, subject, etc). The iphone mail app does this: it will suggest…

  4. little square improvement

    Can the little square to select emails be improved. makes it impossible to delete emails. scrolling and clicking on this little square if you click outside of the line at all it opens the email instead of selecting it. so now everything you have selected prior has now been unselected and you start over... very poor design

  7. Quit going back to the last opened email. If I open an email from last week, go back to the top of the list

    Stop scrolling back to the last opened email. If I open an email from last week then scroll to the top and delete a junk email, you automatically scroll back down to last weeks email. STOP IT. Stay where I left it. Dumb dumb dumb.

  10. In mail menu for sorting e mail all - none -read etc, add year option for ease of deleting or review

    Mail of Today, Yesterday, Last week, 2017 etc are seen.
    Let a select option be added to select all the mail of say Today, Yesterday, Last week, 2017 etc to select all mail of that period for ease of deleting or review

    Preview pane works half the time. Is this what Yahoo mail department does all day? Just figure out how you can make Yahoo mail different but not improved? Seems like nothing much has improved in the last 15 years only different formats.

  15. Locks Up

    I don't know what you did recently but the email is constantly locking up when I go to access it to do anything. It is really annoying. What did you do to the entire email it really sucks now. I am thinking of changing emails to a different client and I've had this email for 20 years. It's just really a pain to use now. Locks up, deletes my text that I just got done typing out, can't find the contacts, keeps all of the sent and received emails in one big jumble which I hate because I often miss…

  17. Can't stand the New email. It's TERRible. ALL the feedback I'm seeing is negative. You actually think it's OK to FORCE me to the new

    My idea is to GIVE me back my old email. FOrcing me to move to the new one is Nazi like behavior. I'm already fairly disgusted with Yahoo and your problems providing basic support to your long time loyal customers like me.

    I don't care if it takes more resources to support. YOU, Yahoo and employees, are making SO much money you can afford it. I've read of people so angry at you and your money-grubbing ways in the Bay area that they're shooting at your buses. Consider that feedback.

  20. why do you people always want us to move our pointers farther and farther each time you make improvements. Time is money to some of us!!!

    put the stuff closer to the pointer so we don't have to waste more time navigating around the page. Every time you make improvements you move stuff further and further away from out starting point. Like the trash bin...it was quick to delete things as i read down the line..now i have to go to the end of the line to get rid of endless junk mails. Time is money to some of us!!! Wasting time is not profitable if you are in business. You might remember that next time you decide to randomly move things on the screen and…
