1. Where is the Forward mail to?

   20 years to produce a lousy e mail service? Why can t you have the functions displayed all the time

4. accessing more than one account

   classic Yahoo allowed me to log in to both of my yahoo accounts from
   the same page.

7. Let me go back. The new email doesn't show when the person posting an email actually send it...

   And now I can't go back to the old version...was supposed to be so easy...yahoo email is really really beginning to such....guess it is timeto totally convert to my gmail account

8. unfortunately your 'new' email experience is a bust. I have to send my my yahooemail to work to open and see THE MESSAGES! WHAT A WASTE OF

9. View smaller list vs endless scrolling

   I have an endlessly scrolling list of emails (until I reach the bottom anyway) and haven't found a way to only view 50 or whatever count at a time (this used be an option).

   I like to use the "check all" feature to delete a large chunk of messages at a time and scan thru to see which I should be keeping. If I do that now, it can end up selecting 100+ emails at one time. That's a problem-especially if I accidentally click on one and it opens the message....then all my check box selecting or unselecting is undone. Painful.

11. The dialog box confirming an action sits right up on the [archive move delete spam] and makes it tough to immediately click one of those.

    simply relocate one or the other so they don't sit on each other.

16. My top 3 requests after using New Mail for several weeks

    After using the new mail for several weeks, here are my top 3 requests: 1) Bring back Shift+K to mark a message as unread. 2) When moving a message to a folder, you used to default to the folder I most recently moved to. This was very helpful, since I often move several related emails to the same folder but one at a time after reading each. 3) When doing a mail search, it's very unhelpful to only see "Yahoo" in the folder column in the search results. I realize that it's helpful to see another email account (I also use Outlook), but most of the time, I want to find out to which folder I most often move messages from certain recipients, and most of the time, they are within the same account. Perhaps a solution would be to show the account if it's different from the one I'm in when I did the search, and show the folder if it's in the same account. It would also be nice if I could adjust the column width in search results.

18. Navigation problems and suggestions

    Folder pane needs to be adjustable, too narrow for finding correct folder with like starting characters. The folder pane jumps left and right while navigating causing serious distraction. When you select to fully open an email, or the mail client thinks you do, going back resets to default the view of emails, which causes wasted time getting back to the preferred order. In fact most of the changes and a few of the previous "features never wanted/needed" are dragging the email client to a crawl. If frustrating users to consider alternatives, the new yahoo mail is doing a bang up job. Also, the views option in the folder pane, is a pain. Harassing you about "coupons are put here". I can do without adding to the length of my folders pane. One other thing that I thought was great was when I was allowed to drag an email to the folder pane and that it would scroll up and down the folders as needed. Then you made the one desirable feature near useless by making the scrolling go from zero to light speed, making it mostly useless, at the very least extremely frustrating. It's the only thing that displays any speed in navigating and it is mostly useless. I'm sure if I look at it as a top-of-pane - bottom-of-pane function, it still will disappoint.

19. left sidebar - folders should be on top below draft, sent,...

    I use folders frequently but it sequence very below other unused sections like sent trash draft. if folders comes first ..I don't have to scroll every time I need to use folder for move or open.
    Or allow to re-arrange sidebar as user like
