  2. Yahoo mail not responding as it should

    Yahoo your email will not allow users to click on individual messages in the inbox today. Anything you try to do it just defaults to opening emails.
    Sadness. Please get your coders to find a solution.

    I detest 'help' being reduced to posting problems in a "community forum" and hope someone reads this at some point.

  3. Just updated to MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 and now my Yahoo keeps showing “no internet connection” while in another tab I have a video playing

    and now my Yahoo keeps showing “no internet connection” while in another tab I have a video playing. Is Yahoo upgrading their software and not informing us?

    if the internet connection works on other sites please contact your ISP and make sure Yahoo is whitelisted.

  5. Police/Report Vulgar Spam Addresses

    I would like to be able to REPORT certain spam emails that solicit vile pornographic, sexually explicit inuendos. For example: I see that each time I receive an email from an individual in my inbox from my child's teacher or administrator, when I go to check my spam box for any missed emails, I notice there are A LOT of emails with sexually explicit messages in the subject line or even the sender's name. I would like to report they are coming from addresses ending in appspot.com Please police this address to stop the flood of filth into my spam…

  6. I'm already signed in. why do I have to "prove I'm not a robot"?

    I'm already signed in! Why do I need to prove I'm not a robot???
    I JUST tried to prove I'm not a robot to get into my history... I just identified buses, crosswalks, traffic lights, bicycles... How many of these G.D. things do I have to do??
    I can't even see what's on the frickin' pics!
    I exited the page! Can't get into my history!
    Please remove the robot feature - this is ridiculous!
    It doesn't provide added security because I can't get into my history to erase the **** list!

  8. Make Yahoo Inbox actually work!

    I can see that I have two new emails, but it takes forever for them to appear in my Inbox – if I need to see them right away, I use my phone. How lame is that?

  12. Can't send large files anymore, another perk of the new mail- no dropbox

    Had to send out emails today with large files and couldn't do it. Used to be able to with the OLD MAIL THAT WAS FAR SUPERIOR. THE NEW MAIL IS TERRIBLE, UGLY AND SLOW. SWITCH ME BACK TO THE OLD MAIL, TRASH THIS STINKY GARBAGE VERSION

  13. memory leaks

    Fix the memory leaks. In a few hours Yahoo Webmail consumes 1.5-2 GB of memory. Granted that's not as obvious and glorious as tweaking the user interface, but it's important to users. We don't want to kill and restart Yahoo Webmail every 3 hours.

  14. Images not opening in emails

    I am not sure if I have the old or new format (probably old, as I remember opting out of new one) but in the last week or so, when I open an email, it takes a while for it to load, but even then, the images within the email do nor come up, especially if it is from my online shopping websites. How can this be fixed?

  15. Eliminate all scripts

    Every day, usually multiple times per day, I have to click at the bottom of the screen "recover webpage" and then I have to click "stop script". We need a way to block all scripts.

  17. Search function does not work properly does not find words or filter in selected boxes

    When I put a word in to search it comes back with every email, for example if I put the word burn every email comes up, I know they don't have that word in there. If I put it in quotations and reload a couple times then it sort of sorts some of them out. If I choose inbox then it gives me every box, if I choose a sent it gives me everything. This new mail is horrible and does not work properly. It is a major setback. Bring back the old mail. This one sucks

    Thank you for reaching out. First, please try clearing your cookies, cache and history. After that, if you need to find an email fast, searching your mailbox is the way to go. Enter simple search terms in the search bar or locate hard to find items using Advanced Search.: help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail-for-desktop/sln2..

    If the email is highlighted and you press the delete option on your keyboard please wait after deleting the email. The highlight will move to the next email, and if you press delete again, it will delete that too. If the email is still in the trash folder, you can restore it to the inbox.

  19. when adding a URL link into an email-how to stop the obnoxious huge box that appears

    when adding an url/website name to an email, I used to be able to TURN OFF the HUGE BOX WITH GARBAGE IN IT. The NEW downgraded yahoo mail has it back. How do I TURN IT OFF???

    To resolve this, go to Settings-More Settings-Writing email then toggle off the ‘’Automatically generate a preview of links’’ option.

  20. Continues to report items in Draft folder and it has been empty for weeks - BAD software. Do you ever test this stuff ?

    Continues to report that there is no internet connection when WiFI connection drops below about 20Mps. I'm connected otherwise, but mail fails to find the connection.
    This stuff sucks! You make it worse with every 'improvement'. Do you ever test this stuff with live users before forcing it on the public? Is it any wonder the government harasses tech companies?
