  16. my yahoo mail is empty - I have had this address for 20 years recently you would not let me log in because I could not turn off add block in

    Yahoo mail suck. you erased all my mail after 20 years with this address

  17. Clutter issues

    Is it possible Yahoo could generate original news headlines rather than copy/pasting from AOL? Or is it the reverse?
    From graphic design perspective - could Yahoo make more effort to clean up interface? Has always been cluttered.
    Adding Ad strips to top of email list is prime example.
    If Yahoo continues to go with the "more clutter is better" concept, I for one will migrate to Gmail or other.

  18. Lied about age

    I reported to Yahoo that my mail was hacked into. Yahoo won't let me have my e-mail, because I lied about my age 20 years ago. I sent the "Escalated person who is highest dept. in Virginia" my ID, but he said I lied about my age 20 years ago so I can't have my e-mail back with my granddaughters pictures, contacts, etc.. Really? Bad form Yahoo!

  20. Fix the search function

    Search function not working AGAIN. Right now it only returns errors and says "retry" - which doesn't work. This is an old issue that periodically reoccurs. PLEASE FIX THIS!
