Better Customer service....
very deceived as i was charged for a misspelled name and the airline told me they've could of made the correction for free, ive contacted the Billing Department and just told me was a service they provided me, a servicce i didn request.
If you have a good customer service, you should of advised me that I could of just go to the Airline and it would of been fix for no extra fee
The Rep. from Billing was not or rather didn't want to help but just sticking to the fact that it was a service.Very Very bad…

after viewing several email .. unable to delete, back-out of it, or move it to another folder
unable to back out of viewing an email, moving it to another folder, or deleting it ... this has happened several times after viewing just a couple of emails ... both new and some from a year or so ago

Tried to sign on to mail and it prompted me saying that a verification was being sent to some device I didn't recognize, assumed it was my phone. No notification came. Tried again, same thing. I chose the "send me a text" option and received the verification code. A full 20 minutes l finally received the original verifications on my phone.

Missing e-mails
I missed two important e-mails last week. I have found out about it because I contact two respective correspondents by other means, they asked me why I didn't answer and re-sent me their messages. From the date and time the e-mails were sent it is obvious that it is the problem with my inbox – it didn't display them at all, still doesn't. Please check due to what problem it might have happened. I use Yahoo inbox for my work projects so it's critical for me to not lose any e-mails.

Yahoo got faster lately but it is still slower than Gmail, and also when I block spam it for some reason doesn't block. Will you please fix this Thank You. Other than that I am really enjoying the system and am very satisfied!
