Please let us use the Phone numbers as authentication when we get locked out. Sending recovery email is useless if we do not have access to it.

New "Show Less From ..." is a big Failure

I see Yahoo took away the "Show Less From ..." option in favor of a link that does nothing, As Yahoo likes to support the FOX NEWS feed, as I can no longer remove FOX NEWS from Yahoo News I will no longer look at Yahoo News.

Quit fixing things that aren't broken.
Every new mail build has been a disaster. Why not instead of driving your customers insane with **** that doesn't work, ask first? Stop removing basic functionality for cheap gimmicks.
Make a beta version and ask for feedback maybe with a free year's upgrade to Pro for the first 1,000.

Yahoo Mail will not function after not using after a few minutes, I have to click on Microsoft Start Icon to continue use. All my settings are ok checked by IT person. Google doesn't even have a solution to this problem. IT IS A YAHOO PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED..

When I deleate a message I want it deleted from all devices at once not just the one I am using
When I delete an email I want it to delete from all my devices. If I delete it while on my phone I want it deleted from my computer and my tablet also. I end up with thousands of unwanted emails so when we delete please delete from all without having to switch back to the old version that will delete from all devices at once.

I am so angry
I ALREADY UPGRADED TO YAHOOMAIL PRO! The yahoo plus customer service is so sad because the performance is very poor. I tried to contact but there is no reply yet. I need to recover my old account but there is an error. I cannot receive verification codes using my account.

**** Advertisements Appearing on the right side and is degrading performance
Remove advertisements from right side and it is affecting the performance of Yahoo mail as new advertisements are constantly loading. Some advertisements are also inappropriate.

Pin Emails Like Outlook
In Outlook I was able to pin emails that I wanted to remain at the top of my inbox. I really miss the feature in Yahoo mail.

Cannot preview CSV file attachment
I receive daily system generated end of day reports from a digital finance payment project. The files are in Excel CSV format. As I can do in gmail or outlook, I can preview this file - however in yahoo mail - I CANNOT. This is a big problem, as I do not want / need / have to download each file to view them. I may download them after I preview them if I feel that file is important. Can you explain how preview of excel CSV files can be enabled? Thanks!
