  1. When I open an email, Yahoo automatically takes my original mail and pops it into a new window with no ability to go back or respond. STOP!!

    STOP taking parts of emails out into a new window that can't be responded to and keeps me from returning to the inbox - in fact, it crashes Yahoo altogether. This is ********. GO BACK TO WHAT WORKED FOR YOUR USERS

    Have it function. Have all mail sent to me, delivered in a timely manner to my inbox. Why do I see mail in my inbox on my phone, that is not displayed on my laptop?

  4. No notifications

    FIX all the issues! notifications no longer work but you keep reinstalling the notification sounds on my phone. When you test notifications, they work fine but when an important email comes, you get NOTHING! Android App and Desktop (Chrome or Edge). I'm not going to pay for + when free doesn't work!

    Impossible to attach files from the computer. It starts to be a tradition in this ****** e-mail. I am fed-up and I have to find another one, in spite of the connected issue (inform a lot of people of this change).
    Moreover, no way to submit the issue to someone for solving it. Only a stupid useless forrum.

  6. Fix everything

    I'm not sure what to say, but everything is broken. Nothing works. And then it costs money to call support. I managed to get into my account and I will keep the window open long enough to completely phase yahoo out of my life. It's a shame because I used to love this page, and was big into yahoo games back in the day. It's obvious nobody who works here actually uses this website.

  7. Attachments won't download.

    For two days now, I can't download attachments from any emails. I click the download icon and nothing happens. I can preview attachments but that's it. I have to forward it to my Gmail and download from there. If I can't access this basic function, I'll be forced to retire my Yahoo.

  12. Email signatures cannot be created

    Can't create an email signature. Followed all instructions, doesn't allow me to type in the box to create a signature nor can I copy and paste. If you are not going to allow signatures, why tease us with the possibility only to be disappointed that it doesn't work. Tried in Chrome and Edge.
