Back and forth, and back and forth. WHY?
So, we are forced to use new, then there's a link that takes us back. Then it's taken away from us. Then it's available again. Now, today, we're again forced to use the new disgusting, horrible email. I've been with Yahoo over 20 years. Been paying for about 15. WHY WON'T ANYONE AT YAHOO LISTEN to me and other users!!!! STOP forcing us to use what stinks! what we don't want! Let us choose....before you lose us all!

What ******* programming idiot left "sort-by-sender" off of the the unread "folder" option? Sorry, I know your service is "free", but I endure your advertisers because of it... please have some professional integrity and make it work right and please don't waste my time on this nonsense.

Pointless arrow to remove ad buttons
Stop forcing users to continuously have advertisements popping up and sliding the selected folder over. What is the point of an arrow button to select in order to remove that advertisement from view if while you are trying to browse your email folder it just keeps sliding the folder over, crunching it down in size with a brand new annoying advertisement showing once again and HARDLY A FEW DOZEN SECONDS LATER

Flag for new emails
Please restore the feature that showed the number of new emails in all folders next to the Folders tab. In this new version, that feature is gone, requiring the use to scroll through all the folders in order to see if emails are in them or not.

Contacts and chat need to added back with easy access!
The new Mail version *****! I can't find my contacts or find the chat feature. How do you know who is on Yahoo in the present. I am almost 70 years old and like the Classic version. CLASSIC MAIL IS USER FRIENDLY!! You obviously did not take senior citizens into account when you switched. I WANT TO BE SWITCHED BACK!!!!

The send button is really hard to click as I can only see a sliver of it. This started a couple months ago. I'm using google chrome
The idea is to make the send button actually visible.

STOP USING PASSWORDS THAT CAN BE READ, JUST USE COMBO OF NUMBERS AND LETTERS.. NOT SO EASY TO FIGURE OUT THAT WAY.
STOP USING LITE BLUE TO PRINT WITH, USE ONLY BLACK HEAVY, I HAVE 20/15 SIGHT AND HAVE NEW LENS IN PLACE( CATARACT SURGERY) AND ITS HARD TO READ THE BLUE PRINT ON THE COMPUTER.. ALL BLACK DARK PRINT WOULD BE BETTER.!

People here post looking for help and you continually provide answers and merge topics that do not help and get incorrect and insufficient answers. Who the **** are you hiring to keep up with this? Seems like nobody with any experience. Get you're ***** onboard and fix all the **** issues -
"Return to In Box"
When selecting ONE message to be deleted, others go to trash also. I'm tired of searching Trash and Spam to find messages that I want to keep in my inbox. I've resorted to starring those, so that they're easier to find. Please fix this...I never had this problem on the old platform.

What have you done with the functionality of my email account?
Emails from trusted senders are going to the spam folder. Unfortunately this spam folder and therefore the emails incorrectly identified as SPAM are not visible from my apple email browser nor from OUTLOOK.
Also the functionality of these mail browsers has been compromised, drag and drop is no longer available.
If I try and use the yahoo web based mail the system is extremely slow.Please undo what has been rolled out inn the last few weeks.

This email client is very slow. Just deleting an email takes a long time, compared to google mail. Improve it.
Deleting emails is frustrating, compared to Google mail. Takes a long time to update and when I want to delete the next one, I end up clicking on the wrong one because of the lag.

I don't like signing out twice
I have two yahoo mail accounts. I have to sign out twice because of "sign out of all accounts" feature. I don't like this. Go back to the old format so I only have to sign out ONCE.

Email Virus? Adware? Spyware?
I get an audio message with big red page warning message do not turn off computer it is infected. About 7,8,9 times only in Yahoo email. No other place. I'm at the point to where I don't even want to login but I've had the email addy fior a decade or so.

Dialogue boxes for *everything*
Please remove the pop up dialogue box that shows up for every tiny thing that is clickable. I can't read my emails because it keeps flickering on every time my mouse passes over something. Ie: I pass over a check box and I get a little yellow dialogue tag that says "Checkbox, unchecked".
Browser is opera. None of the other websites I'm on do this, and my old yahoo email didn't do this.
