  1. Improve Sorting Capabilities and Inbox Options

    Cox turned all emails over to Yahoo. In Cox, we were able to sort all emails from A-Z and Z-A-- which made it much easier to see and delete batches. Now you have to choose something to sort on to pull up batches. This is way less efficient, extremely time consuming and is probably clogging up your system with emails that people haven't reviewed. (I get thousands and am desperately trying to get rid of them!)
    Also-- we need a way to easily view emails that are not in folders if you pull up batches. I want to have an…

    Hi there. You can sort your mailbox, by clicking on the ''Sort'' drop down from the top right corner of your emails list. If you wish to sort by sender (A to Z), this option should appear if you have ''Group by conversation'' turned off (Settings>More Settings>Viewing email).

  4. undelivered email

    I replied to an old email and the senders address at 3:05pm.
    I just received an undeliverable notification at 6:14pm.
    Why did it take over 3 hours to let me know my email was not received?
    I understand there are several attempts but this is, in my opinion way too long for anyone to wait before knowing the information sent was not received. Is there a setting that can change this or fix this? Thanks

    Delivery records in the full headers show when each computer received the message. The first delivery is at the bottom; the newest at the top. If you find a large time gap between delivery records, that shows which computer delayed before sending it to the next computer. https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN22026.html

  5. Can Not Write Emails

    Yahoo Mail is not performing. In writing an email, my cursor does not drop down to the next sentance when I click Enter. I am using Chrome. I have Window 10

  8. Downloading an attachment

    When downloading an attachment, Yahoo scans to be sure it's safe. But as soon as the scan is complete, the download disappears. Please stop the auto disappear/minimize/whatever it's doing. The download does NOT go into my desktop download folder.

  10. Programmer stupidity for email security. Do it do a non programmer van do it.

    Your verifiy to sign into your email box is bad enough to get an attorney an sick him on you to fix it. It would be one of those shhh class suits and we would win. I have been ,3 hours trying to get into into 4 accounts and now you froze them. Guys they are for work. Just let us get at your mail accounts. Your programmers are just putting out junk to keep their jobs. What happened to user friendly. I don't want to be a program less I get paid slot slot slot, and that is about…

    Stop telling people to unsubscribe, and mark as spam, you know this is useless.
    Stop telling people that “you’d like to hear more about this, and to contact them you on Twitter”, knowing that you are going to ignore people there too.
    Stop ignoring the endless complaints about spam!!!
    Stop being the worst excuse for customer service, on the planet.

  15. downloading muiltple emails at once

    PLEASE make it where you can click on multiple emails and download and save them together at one time to the desktop.
    Having to do it one by one is very tedious and redundant.

    My Yahoo mail is "offline" most of the time since about 1/2 year. It only occasionally updates the inbox. When offline, only downloaded headers appear. I am working from Finland and this problem persists on MS Edge, Samsung phone and tablet. Also, it seems to happen a lot on wifi. But all internet works.

  17. Why does it take forever for someone to get my email?

    So why does it take forever for someone to get my Yahoo email? I've emailed someone an attachment in both my Yahoo email and my Gmail account. This recipient was an insurance company, so not a normal free email account. Gmeil was there almost immediately. Yahoo still wasn't there four hours later? This constantly does this? What's the hiccup?

  19. It took 3 weeks to block 1000 unwanted spam emails. 3 weeks? For a private party?

    Filter ALL of the obvious fraudulent spam emails. Simple. If the brand in the subject doesn't match the address; KILL IT.

  20. Fix how Yahoo mail can be cleaned up!

    Fix the way e-mails can be cleaned up! I spent an hour going through 5k e-mails and selecting delete on over 4.5k and it was soooo slow. After all was done it showed deleted at first then after logging out and back in...ALL the deleted e-mails are still showing! Nothing was deleted (or less than 300 of 5k). Not happy.
