stop bugging me...please
Stop the pop ups/reminders...asking me if I want to sign out or add account, and then requiring me to sign in ...yet again. I have to look up my PW because you have me change it often. I don't use yahoo for confidential mail. Don't need to keep changing my PW or adding my cell phone number. Just stop. I just want plain and simple email...like it used to be.

Make it efficient not a task.
When opening a second account I'm redirected to the Yahoo Home Page rather than my mail...why? Ads appear within my mail...this sucks. When signing out I have to jump through your hoops and sign out twice...why? Did Yahoo actually pay someone to bring these changes our mail? Yahoo Mail has become a chore rather than the smooth running platform it used to be.

cannot clear mailbox
i have quite literally a few thousand? hundred thousand? no idea ive given up counting and i just want a button to delete them all just click gone they are in some cases over a year old and i am not going to sit here and scroll down thru thirty or forty pages highlighting them all only to get a message saying there was an error when i tried to delete them i dont care if they are in my normal mailbox or in my spam i want them gone there has to be a way to clear them out

Pictures not shown in emails
Pictures are not being shown in my emails. They end up as attachments, which I did not want. If a pictured is embedded in a post for clarification and doesn't exceed the size limit, it should be where I put it.
This problem didn't exist in the older email format or classic email. I have also turned off ad blocker to see if that made a difference and it did not.

please add support for .RTF formats
Could you please add viewing support for .RTF files. Any corporate emails I receive, were generally created using Outlook, and therefore RTF format. any attachments they use do not show up in my email, and show as a winmail.dat file which you cannot open. please add this ability so the emails generated on outlook come through as most other emails do, with viewable attachments, as this is a huge pain to deal with corporate emails with a yahoo account.

Open ONLY the mail I click on!
When I click on a mail in my inbox, WHY CAN'T YOU JUST OPEN IT instead of showing me all the emails in that string and forcing me to then click AGAIN on the one I want? GOD you people are beyond comprehension!!!!!!! How can you possibly do such a good job at coming up with the MOST inconvenient features imaginable???????

Provide a bounce button, to send unwanted emails back as if they were sent to a fake address.
Offer a bounce button so we can click an email to be bounced back to a sender as if it was sent to a fake address. Your blocking and spam filers leave a lot to be desired as I continue to get spam emails from the same people I thought to have blocked.

trash can
I delete many emails w/o reading based on the sender - NOT the subject line. Why on Earth would you move the trash can to the end of the line?? It has no practical purpose being there. It should be right near the sender ID.

unsubscribe
The unsubscribe feature does not work well. It seemed helpful at first, because there were a couple I really didn't want to get anymore. But it keeps popping up this offer for e-mails I've previously opted out of unsubscribing to over and over. I don't want to have that box keep popping up unless it shows some new addresses for which I haven't already made my decision. Now it's like being forced to decide the same thing over and over again when all I want to do is go back to my e-mails. Extremely annoying. Please fine-tune or get rid…

You should go back to the feature where someone clicks on the image/photo and it pops up larger. This new feature sucks because it doesn't make the pictures larger. I feel cheated. the old method was better

Merged accounts.
I transferred an account. Had both in one screen. Thank you Yahoo for making me update to the business account and when you did that you deleted my other account and now iv LOST ALL those emails in the other email. You also give NO real way to contact customer service for YOU deleting all of my emails.

I rely on my email for my job, but thanks to your thumb-up-the- engineers and marketing people, my choices are black font on glaring white background, or white font on ridiculous overstimulating colored backgrounds.
