Improve selection area of emails so I don't accidentally choose the email!! Super frustrating!
When I open my mail and go down the list of emails selecting which ones I want to delete I've accidentally just selected outside the box and the email I accidentally clicked opens. Very frustrating when you're trying to delete a lot of emails at once! Improve the selection box so there is no way of accidentally opening up an email!

New idea
I understand that we can add multiple email accounts (even non-Yahoo ones!) to be managed from one place, which is great. But what if we also added our cell phone numbers to write and read SMS messages quickly? A lot of times people text me, but I want to save it and access the whole coversation with them in a more permanent, email-kinda way.

Microsoft Edge
I have no idea if I like the NEW Yahoo Mail, it just popped up when I logged in after vacation and since then I haven't be able to load emails in Microsoft Edge. I've cleared my browser, logged in different days and still can't use Edge to read Yahoo Mail. I can use Chrome to get to my email - but not what I want. I like using EDGE! Please FIX THIS!

Allow the Export of folders to other formats
Over time inboxes get cluttered with good stuff and junk. It can be daunting to sort and puzzling to horde. Not only that sometimes there arises a need for Email addresses to be changed. Rather than using tons of paper and ink to preserve old emails (to some that's an enviromental impact and carbon footprint issue), how about you allow the true export of emails to other formats? It would give your email customers more peace of mind, ease of use, and free up space in the cloud.

after deleting trash cannot leave mail and go back to yahoo finance or anything else.. have to X out of mail and reopen yahoo. absurd. fix this or put original mail back. at least it worked. stop the video it locks up everything.

I have gone almost completely to Gmail.com....YAHOO! just gets worse and slower
YAHOO! continues to get slower - worse - more invasive ads - I'm almost entirely on Gmail.com now. You get worse with every 'new' format!?!?

This is such a joke. I can't believe there's no helpline or somewhere where I can actually get good customer service for a company that's so rich and large. My phone, laptop, and family computer won't load ANY of my emails. Doesn't seem to be on my end. Seems like your servers are down, but you guys aren't saying anything about it.

Recieving emails takes too long.
I very much dislike having to wait so long to receive an email. Especially if it's a reset password email. Please make receiving emails fast
