Keep Views tab on the left closed after I close it.
When I close the Views tab on the left of my emails, I can see the Folders tab underneathe it. I need to keep the folders open and visible to see if there's any new content in important folders I am watching.
If I need old photos or wanna search coupons I can 'Show' the Views again.
I wish that next time I went back to Yahoo it would just keep things how I left them. Keep that Views bit closed, unless I choose to 'Show' it again.

Fix It !!
On both mails you have delete and block messages.. but the same random or spam things still come to your box. over and over. it should be gone forever once deleted ... not keep letting them back on your page !! And I like to old page !!

Need a quick/easy fix for deleting enormous amt of unwanted emails.
I have 17,944 emails in my box. I would like to quickly dump all of them except last/most recent 15 entries. Is there a way I can do this that I'm not aware of??

Cannot receive emails from other email.
Cannot receive any emails at all. when logged in anothe computer, it says 'Someone using an unrecognised device attempted to signin yr act' What is happening. Cant delete and re-create. Pleaaswe help!

Don't automatically open new mail upon deletion
Why on earth would I want to auto-open the next email when I delete an email. Or, even, worse, when I restore something to inbox or mark as not spam while in the message body, it opens the next. You're asking for a lawsuit because you made someone open a virus ridden email. Fix it.

New mail keeps jumping back to start of email
I've switched to the new mail, but it keeps jumping back to the beginning of an email when I'm reading one. I've waited to make sure everything has completely loaded before I scroll down to read the email, but every minute or so I am jumped back to the start of the email again. Even when my hands are well away from anything that could cause it to move back it will just go back to the start. Incredibly frustrating and makes it really hard to read an email when you keep getting jumped back to the start.

DO NOT WANT !!! 28.8k dial-up speed, "not responding" type and wait..this is something I'd pay for ?!? WTF!!
Leave out the ad bar, the videos, and the cheesey themes. IT takes far too long to load! I wouldn't pay for this , and to ask for payment to "improve" service is tantamount to extortion.. BAD marketing!
I am liking the other posters idea of switching to a different service,
perhaps that might clue you in? Oh, and throttling load speeds to push the paid service.. REALLY BAD idea. -

Where has the PDF preview facility gone? Glad to see IT is still as overrated as it was. Your staff are worth every penny, thank whoever is responsible for taking it backwards..

prefer to refresh my email
I do not like the new email. I prefer to refresh my inbox. The inbox automatically refreshing as i scroll is annoying. The themes all are too bright and give me a headache. Why would you mess with something that was working well?
