The new look is actually the old look from years ago. The side bar on the right is too big!
I have been having issues for 2 weeks and now yahoo on my iPhone and in my mail do not work as of today, The new themes suck I want my old one back. The new look is the old one from years ago. The side bar on the right is too big and I am not paying to be ad free as I am on a very tight budget and can't afford it. I used to be able to make it smaller.

I no longer can access yahoo mail from my android mail account or my windows. Only Android yahoo app works. I did your troubleshooting.
I tried all your troubleshooting items at https://help.yahoo.com/kb/fix-problems-mail-sln28075.html?redirect=true and others sites. yahoo mail no longer works unless I'm using yahoo mail on window or yahoo mail for android. very frustrating

My idea is move me back to old format and stop trying to change unless you want to copy outlook format your format is not working slow, cumbersome, frustrating trying to delete multiple email Save us and give me back my old format as bad as it is its is better then this new one i cant find anything.

I am unable to get the settings button to do anything! I can only see 13 emails at a time, I can't delete the boxes will NOT check. Please switch me back. This is the most annoying thing I have ever had happen. HTH do you contact someone to help?

Please don't be like Microsoft and force a change when I have declined it multiple times.
My Wifes account if Screwed up completely after making the change.
Now that I know how to change it back, her account should be back to normal.
Please, please do research and actually see what your users want changed / updated instead of shoving updates down our throats.

Put it back to the way it was, just do it. Never met anyone who liked this. It is unresponsive and clumsy. It makes other emails seem positively intuitive and the spam filter is a joke. You are losing users, I have set up an alternative and am actively transferring- didn't want to and it's a pain to do but what else can i do.
