1. Why would you lower the limits on attachment sizes?

   Why? Why would you do that? I use yahoo for work related emails that contain a LOT of photos. Used to be fine. NOW I get a notice that the attachment size exceeds 25 MB when I post too many pictures. I can't even put a fraction of the pictures in an email that I formerly could. On top of that I can't even send it now. I get a message that reads 'We encountered issues while sending message.' That's it. No elaboration or explanation, nothing to click on that could potentially help me out. Why don't you make sure your new format/system/whatever actually WORKS before you decide to foist it upon people?

6. responds very slowly to actions of any sort...

   responds very very slowly to almost any actions such as opening to read; deleting etc....noticeable lag compared to version I was using

7. LET US SWITCH BACK TO THE OLD MAIL EASILY. THE NEW INTERFACE STINKS, BITES AND BLOWS>

   MAKE the BUTT-ON that switches an account back to 'CLASSIC MAIL' actually work. THE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK.

8. Why can I see new emails on my phone faster than on computer?

   I get new emails on my cell phone a long time before they show up on my computer. Refreshing does not work. Sometimes I do not get them at all.

    the "conversations" are not as clear anymore.

    i literally was trying to type an email and I'm typing my little fingers away and there is nothing showing up on the screen. for me to take the time to write this is a big deal for me. for every person typing a paragraph here, the rule of thumb is there are 50 people experiencing a problem.

    I don't want to switch to gmail, cause so many people have this email address, but its near time if this can't be resolved in a reasonable period of time. i can't have my work stuff not working for me.

13. Enforce the blocking of spam IP addresses

    If I block an IP address, then why am I still receiving emails from it? Yahoo's standards have gone way down where spam blocking and ads are concerned. While you do more to "upgrade" site services by adding the personalize settings and other needless things, the unwanted content is overwhelming email accts. I'm starting to think Yahoo employees do absolutely nothing.

    Newer isn't always better, & your new email platform is a near perfect example of this.
    Prior to your change-over to the new version, I got VERY LITTLE Spam into my INBOX. It was acceptable. Since the change, it has become too much to effectively describe in words given this message vehicle.
    I'm absolutely astounded by the poor performance of this new platform, & this is just the first few days.
    Given the added amount of Spam I now have to contend with I find myself contemplating leaving YAHOO! for good. I'm very confident this is NOT what your advertiser's & sponsor's want to hear.
    I'd truly like to see an organized messaging campaign by YAHOO! user's contacting your advertiser's, sponsor's, & vendor's flooding them with just exactly what we user's think about your new system.
    The word's used to describe it, I'm sure would seldom venture far beyond the 4-letter category.

20. The new email does not work. I cannot delete messages or access anything. The new format is horrible and will not allow me to switch back
