can't download my documents.
i have old emails with important attachments from a few years ago and i cant seem to download my documents now. why????this is very frustrating.

Getting at the very least over 75-100 spam E-Mails per day is not what I would call good. When I, and others hit the DELETE SPAM BUTTON, " That should be the LAST TIME WE SEE THAT E-MAIL. Yet wait at least 3-5 minutes and it's back. Money talks, OUR FREEDOMS SUCK !

I don't receive email messages in a consistent, timely fashion
I am not receiving emails sent to me in a timely fashion on a consistent basis. Sometimes, I will go days without getting a new message. Other time, I will get a few messages and then all of a sudden I will get messages that are 2 or 3 days old that just popped up. This is consistent across, Apple, Android and Desktop versions. If you cannot fix it, I will be forced to find an email service that can deliver messages quickly when sent. If the message is time sensitive, I am probably screwed unless it is sent weeks…

Rectify the problems with receiving emails
I don't know what you've done but please undo it. Yesterday I was puzzled that I hadn't received any emails all day. Late last night I signed out and then signed back in again, lo and behold 22 emails. Not good enough when waiting for information. Please get this sorted. It has been getting worse for weeks now,

I can't find emails when I search for them now! Emails getting lost. Yuck!!!
Go back to the old email. When you tell someone that you didn't receive their email they don't believe you..... but I've had that experience lately with this email. Every time I run a search for emails from a contractor I get different results. I am looking really dumb. Whatever you've done please un-do it.

Junk, download client forms used to be simple, now it hardly works. Who is sinking your ship?

Just do what google is doing. The reason I stick with yahoo is the number of accounts I have setup with the email address. Just do what they do, be fast, limit spam, keep it simple, and become hip again. There is a cool factor to busting out the gmail address. Cmon guys do good work.

editing email now has a glitch, the format is terrible. Fonts return constantly to tiny size. This is so bad I'm ready to bail.
