Improve response. Lots of "circle of death" for simple email reading.
This seems to be a technical issue, so you'll need to put your tech team to work. I'm experiencing "circle of death" when attempting to read emails, delete emails, or move emails. Also, ads impinge on the reading area and when I attempt to close them, they reopen with each email. The moving ads seem to be a resource drain and may be causing failures.

Yahoo Mail is horrible. I continually get "the wheel of death" when trying to load mail. If I hit reload, it then locks up.

Too many unexplained interuptions daily that affect my mail service
Daily wait times for mail to open or respond. Ridiculous as compared to other email services.
Used new browser as Yahoo expects and same issues. -
What is going on this morning!! Mail is not working AT ALL!!

First of all you can stoüp trying to improve on what you have because you're only making it worst. This is the slowest email account I have!
Go back to what you had because I am not sure but I don't remember seeing as many complaints about it as I am reading about your new slower mail system. With the old system I was thinking about investing in my Yahoo account, now since the change from old Yahoo to New I am using Gmail.

Either doesn't paste or it pastes it a start of e-mail.

close the open mail now when clicking on the X in the upper right. Really anoying to have to wait. I like the old mail better.

Stop trying to improve things - It's not working
Change everything back to the way it was before you started to "improve" it. Every change Yahoo has made, whether it was mail or Yahoo Finance, has been a change for the worse. You hould have left well enough alone.

Attachments don't load, attachments are always too big, messages take ages to send. So much hate yahoo right now.
