  1. Fix settings so they stick.

    When I change the settings, I would expect them to save. Yet each time I open yahoo mail they are back to your default. Not liking this at all. Fix this.

  2. Outdated options

    I need to see the file size of my emails. I've called support and they say, it's not an option. I have both Outlook and Gmail accounts and they have way more options. Why is there little to no settings for what you see to enhance productivity? I really don't want to transfer my emails.

  4. Historic security email unable to remove

    I have a historic email address as security, which has not been used for many years, thus this creates a security risk, should anyone recreate the email address and this way might gain access to my Yahoo email. Please help with removal of old unwanted email addresses from security. Thanks!

  5. The 'Forgot password' link should lead to actually resetting a password, not give us a code and then sign us in as if we never reset it

    Forgot password link needs to do what it's designed to do, not just log us in as if we never pressed the 'Forgot password' button. Known passwords should also log the user in as designed.

  10. Email viewing area layout issue.

    Hello, I have an issue with the email viewing layout that should have a setting to fix it. I don't think there is a way to do this yet but I might be wrong so let me know if I am.

    Issue: When I open an email the viewing area is too small width-wise. The reason for this is the email sender gets a little window to the right of the email viewing area.

    Now, there is a little arrow to collapse the "email sender area" but as far as I can see you have to collapse this area every…

    My font size in yahoo mailbox went tiny all of a sudden.
    I cant find how to bring back regular size.

  13. The can not see the last part of email message ... it is cut off with no way to view

    The last part of the email message is cut off yet there is room on the right hand of the desktop screen .. Logic would suggest there is somehow to maximize the screen view yet that option is undetectable.

  14. Since my frontier account was migrated to Yahoo, anything with an attachment is labeled as spam. I want to see emails with attachments again

    Please fix the spam settings ASAP so I can see important emails with attachments in my Inbox again.

  17. I am swarmed with spams and uncalled for notifications

    My council's database has been compromised, and I was told that my account could have been affected. This follows a string of breaches from Optus, to Medibank to the local council. Sure enough after their advice my phone was hacked. I called for assistance but it wasn't forthcoming. Now my email is affected, like what I said before of the uncalled for spams and notices. Is there somebody there who can help me please? The world is at such a danger point of disintegration and those bad actors of the net are plainly taking advantage of it and wreak havoc…

  20. Setting interface left-to-right by user

    A few weeks ago I got an email from Yahoo announcing that users in the mid-east will be moved to some subsidiary of Yahoo (I don't remember the name). Shortly after that the user interface of Yahoo mail changed to Hebrew ( I live in Israel) and the user interface direction was changed to right-to-left.
    This is very inconvenient for me as most of my mail is in English.
    I tried to find a setting that will allow my to switch back to left-to-right interface but found non.
    Please let the user decide which direction suites them better.
