I created a new profile picture for my account but the "alphatar" one still appears on my mai account. Why didn't that change as well?
According t the FAQ If you have no account picture an "alphatar" image based on your name is created. I created a new account picture which shows up on the main window, however in "Mail", the "alphatar" one is still there and was not replaced. Because of my first and last name the default one is somewhat offensive and I would like to remove it.

Add an automatic message responder for business replies
For business email you should have any Automatic Responder so businesses can set an auto reply that is attached to a mailbox For example: "Thank you contacting Affordable Graphics. We received your email and will contact you within 24 hours".

Please include Login history, giving IP address, device and service name. so I can see if my account is being logged into by an outsider and so I change my password if necessary

organizing filters
there has to be a better way to organize filters. just recently I tried to use Outlook and it seems like all of my filters are now routing to the inbox rather than the folder that I created it for. so now I have to go through about 100 filters to change to the appropriate folder. a select feature would be nice so that I can delete a couple to clean it up a little bit.

I'm locked out of my e-mail through no fault of my own. It insists on furnishing a cell number, but I'm in the Philippines. It won't accept a ten-digit Philippine number and won't allow additional five digits for international access.

Options needed for "verify recovery phone number". Your system only offers text.
My home phone DOES NOT accept text (think landline, yes they still exist), my cell phones DO NOT work at my house (no signal). Because your system does not offer any other method to verify my recovery phone numbers there is no way to add such a thing to my account.

I am surprised how horrible your password system is. Why do you not have people input the same password twice when making a new password to avoid errors? How long can someone go without using the same password. Your policy just makes me have to change my password every time because it doesn't even tell me the one I input was wrong. I know one person doesn't matter much to you, but I am now going to set up my own email server because I am tired of this moronic problem.

install an easier way to clear Spam folder.
Every morning I check Yahoo to see if I have any mail from my doctor, bank, or family ! I have to go to my spam folder to see if any of my good mail ended up there.
About 10:00 A.M. I already have about 150 emails in my Spam folder. I get mail from people who want me to have a better sex life, better and longer sex life, a longer *****, and lots of Norton and McAfee threats. When I try to Unsubscribe from them, it does no good. So I just select delete. Then this message comes… -

Filter for email with no content in body or subject. Emails come in with a single Graphics image as a hyperlink. The email shows NO CONTENT. The sender is randomly different every time and no way to stop them.

Replace SPAM folder
STOP ALL SPAM ! I again did a 1 week study and now I have 3038 spam mail in my Spam Folder ! Yahoo, this is unfair.

Spam folder
Make it easier for seniors and disabled people to stop and block spam. From last Friday afternoon until today, Friday 25, 2022, I have gotten 10,246 emails in my spam folder. Yahoo, do you think this is right ?

Why prompt when deleting a spam e-mail, but not from the inbox?
As previously mentioned, please keep e-mail accounts separate. If one account is unfortuntely ''hacked'' and the yahoo prompt for telephone numbers could be a breach of comfidentiality.

Logging in from different devices
I'm having a terrible time w/Ymail and logging in and out with my password on a basic level. I'm constantly hounded to use the 2 verification process. It's a constant loop of brokeness. I'm beyond frustrated. Please get rid of this.
