    My email is set to chinese and I speak english. Is there any way that I can change it back. I own a business and this is very unprofessional. I have searched for over an hour over the web and cannot find any help.

19. If my Phoneis switched off, I cannot access my own mail...Very unconvenient

    Many times, my phone is switched off or low battery or if I am not carrying it. It becomes very Inconvenient to use it any where even in a internet cafe.
