    I have now paid for mail Pro three times. When I fist took the subscription out last year it worked well. Suddenly yesterday 30th March 2022 it stoped working. I paid for it initially by direct debit and as I say it worked for about five months. Yesterday I paid for it again but I made a mistake and paid for it using PayPal and it still didnt work, so I paid again by direct debit and it is still not working.     We have a solution for you, please clear your browser history, cookies and cache; here's how: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN27197.html. You can also use a different browser, like Google Chrome for example to go to mail.yahoo.com. Please write in the comment section if the issue persists with more details.

  7. IMAP

    Trying to add a mailbox for my domain address, and the only way to add "Others" is to use the phone app. I installed it, but the phone app doesn't work. I spent an hour with our webhost, and the they never even receive anything from my IP. It looks like the feature is not properly implemented. I'm using proper credentials, but the app just hangs there "waiting for a response from the server." It actually never sent a request.

    There is no reason why I can't sing into my Yahoo on my other Laptop (Which I was on all day, with my Yahoo email), And after I shot down my other Laptop and bring it back up, now I can not sing into y Yahoo acc. I was on it all day. I have 4 Laptops I was cleaning today and now you want me to pay to get this fixed. I do not have the money and I should not have to pay to get back on my email!!

  9. Not spam

    I accidentally spammed an email that wasn't spam. It's the government address, "noreplay." Although I immediately went into spam and used the not spam button, I no longer receive emails from that address. Not in spam, nowhere. Create this intr- or black list / spammer. What did this do? I'm a doctor and I really need speed ups.

  12. ONCE I UNSUBSCRIBE MY EMAIL, REMOVE ME OR BLOCK THE SERVER. I DO NOT WANT TO SWITCH TO GMAIL BUT AT THIS POINT I WILL

    BLOCK THESE SERVERS FROM EMAILING ME PLEASE. EVERYDAY I HAVE 100'S OF NEW EMAILS I HAVE ALREADY UNSUBSCRIBED FROM.

    Getting unwanted emails or spam is frustrating. While most spam should be caught by our spam filters, occasionally some can slip through. If that does happen it’s very important to mark the email as spam. It lets our system learn that messages from a specific place are not good and helps us make Yahoo Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails.   14. Why delete Yahoo Mail accounts accessed from China? My account was not created while being in China.

    Hello Yahoo Mail,

    My Yahoo Mail account was created outside of China, and I was almost always connecting from outside China prior to 2002 and between 2006 to 2014. I then had to move to China to live and work. I would appreciate if my 20+ year Yahoo Mail account could be kept alive since I want to be able to signin to it using a VPN or from my work location. Just because i have been connecting to it from China for the last 7 years does not mean this account should be deleted. Just let it be and…

  19. Deleted mail continues to show up time and time again. How do I completely delete it?

    I spend time deleting unwanted emails and somehow they will continue to show up again - even after emptying the trash. So annoying, How do I make them go away for good?

    Sometimes when a mailbox behaves like this it's because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Syncing issues between the account and a mail app can cause emails to be moved around oddly. 

    If you access the account through a mobile device or app, you may want to remove the account from the device and re-add it to resolve any syncing issues in the future.
