I don't understand why Yahoo is asking for my phone number. I used to give it out to companies left and right on job applications as well as on Facebook in case my friends would want to reach me that way, but all I'm getting are spam/robo calls...
When will Yahoo start implementing bio-metrics (fingerprint scanning and or eye retina) as a way of better securing the accounts? -
pandora music add does not have an unsubscribe box, i cant find one. please provide

Stop sending verification codes when the hacker is in China and I live in America
Rather than letting ching chong try and hack my email and send 30+ verification codes how about you stop it in it's tracks? Is your system that sucky where you can't see 30+ verification code requests being sent to China when I don't live there. I am deleting this trash email service.

Provide options to retrieve and let the user decide if they want to retrieve the data. 1-2 years is too short a time as emails have data that is usually retrieved later.

Delete checkbox after it was used
Checkboxes should be cleared after usage. For example, I might put a checkbox on a mail that I want to mark as unread. But the checkbox remains after I have done that. So when I later put a checkbox on other mails I want to delete, and press Delete, the mail I marked as unread is also deleted.
Unfortunately this has happened several times.Please Yahoo, fix this issue!

Is it spam or did yahoo really just send me 2 emails saying I have to re verify my account
I have recieved two emails saying I have to verify my Yahoo account but I am confused as I think it might be a phishing scam ..They both had differing dates on the update account or else message..

IF YOU ARE GOING TO SOLICIT FEEDBACK, ACTUALLY USE THAT FEEDBACK TO ALTER THE BEHAVIOR OF MAIL. I am about to drop all my yahoo.mail accounts because of this issue.

Need easy way to download emails
It seems Yahoo wants us to "Archive" old emails. But these are still stored on their servers. For privacy and security reasons I want to download them locally and delete from Yahoo server.
I understand a workaroud is to use Microsoft Outlook. But that is too complicated. Just need a simple way to download folders and emails.
