I see the Upgrade as a DOWNgrade. Security is overdone and using the contact list is impossible.

On sending emails to a group of 19, with your stupid auto-generated cards I now have less than one inch to view what I am writing.
Get rid of those ridiculous auto-generated cards . I have only one inch to view my writing - how can that possibly be an improvement. I suggest you try it and see how you like it. unless it changes back I shall have to change providers.

I want the old emoticons back. They had motion, a little winking eye or batting eyelashes. I can still find a page about them online, but I don't see a way to bring them back. Can you please help me with this? I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. I still see them listed on a Yahoo page. But it doens't show how to download them.

To determine a customer's time zone, how about if (S)HE chooses the city, and YOU look it up?

checkbox doesn't work
The checkbox in front of each email no longer works. When you click it, nothing happens. This has been happening since yesterday Nov. 8.
