When creating a filter don't automatically include the text from the subject line.
When clicking on the 'filter messages like these' button it gives the option to automatically move them to a selected folder. If you go further into the details of what rules the filter is setting up, though, you can see that the text from the subject line is being added as a rule which means it will only catch mails with that exact subject. An utterly pointless filter most of the time.
Most folk will just want all mail from that edress moved to a folder so please STOP adding that rule by default. I'm sick of having to edit… -

Mail billing
I've used Yahoo mail for years, happily paying an annual fee. Now it's suddenly changed to billing me monthly! It's an annoying waste of my time, having to reconcile a £4 + conversion fees on my credit card every month. Please restore annual billing as an option as soon as possible.

When you mark a message as spam that means it is spam so why are you then popping up a message to either unsubscribe or send to spam? I already said it is spam!!!!!!!!!!!! (Unsubscribing from spammer only makes them spam you more!!!!!!) WHY DO COMPANIES DO THESE STUPID THINGS?

Stop charging people to pay for Yahoo's errors and problems when they want to chat with a live person. You need some kinda support where you can either chat ONLINE LIVE or call or send Yahoo a e-mail. You cant call yahoo unless you pay them to chat about THEIR problems with THEIR products!. You can't even e-mail them to ask a simple question. Like mine for example....I'm trying to make a e-mail using the "Yahoo.com" instead of the MyYahoo.com garbage!. Saving emails as PDF
Yahoo Mail must improve the manner in which emails are saved as PDF`s . When doing so at present the whole email is not captured only some of it - regardless if it is portrait or landscape setting . Needs to be improved - possibly with a preview pane containing entire email chain

vymaps site needs to be take down. I reported an incorrected information but neither does it got corrected nor it get taken down if it get flagged. it is a fake site as nothing ever happens when an incorrecte listing is reported. there is not point in a user using a fake site like that. they can go elsewere so the site it is not needed.

mapquest needs to removed from yahoo search. they stay there they are not robots a real person will respond back to help to corect a mistake but that never happens. so the site not needed user can go elserwere it does not need to be this specific one. there have been mistakes in phone number listing. their would not help if there are incorrect phone either. they can go elsewere to find a phone since that is the case.

yahoo and 411 sites need to removed from the yahoo search. the staff are getting to be stubborn and even dishonest. there is mistakes in their listing they refuse to correct it or close the listing either. there are other place for search for number for other companies. it does not have to be this one. consumer were facing service problem and have complained the company too there were lawsuits. that is bad company it not safeful for pleasing internet browing it wreckt it for user so their sited need to be removed from the search.

Yahoo: Recently, I have had extreme difficulty logging into my account. I keep getting a message that "Your Yahoo account settings are out of date", so I click on the message and "fix it" and am taken to a log-on screen with my name/account loaded, but I cannot enter my password, and am told service is not available now and I must wait 60 minutes. I wait, and I can log on. My wife doesn't have this problem, and we are in the same house, using the same Internet connections with different computers. Why am I being treated this way…
