mapquest needs to removed from yahoo search. they stay there they are not robots a real person will respond back to help to corect a mistake but that never happens. so the site not needed user can go elserwere it does not need to be this specific one. there have been mistakes in phone number listing. their would not help if there are incorrect phone either. they can go elsewere to find a phone since that is the case.

yahoo and 411 sites need to removed from the yahoo search. the staff are getting to be stubborn and even dishonest. there is mistakes in their listing they refuse to correct it or close the listing either. there are other place for search for number for other companies. it does not have to be this one. consumer were facing service problem and have complained the company too there were lawsuits. that is bad company it not safeful for pleasing internet browing it wreckt it for user so their sited need to be removed from the search.

Log-on Procedures
Yahoo: Recently, I have had extreme difficulty logging into my account. I keep getting a message that "Your Yahoo account settings are out of date", so I click on the message and "fix it" and am taken to a log-on screen with my name/account loaded, but I cannot enter my password, and am told service is not available now and I must wait 60 minutes. I wait, and I can log on. My wife doesn't have this problem, and we are in the same house, using the same Internet connections with different computers. Why am I being treated this way…

It caused serious bother.

Mark as safe sender just once.
Mark a sender as safe ONCE. I keep having to mark emails from the same sender as Safe. I've added the sender to my contacts. At least they're not being sent to spam all the time, but I still select as safe every time.

Eliminate the SPAM folder--the only timEe I address it is when it wrongly labels e-mails as spam that should not be.
Eliminate the Spam folder entirely. Actually make ME decide what is spam and what is not. The only time I ever visit the spam folder is when it wrongfully labels an important e-mail as 'spam' when it shouldn't. Just scrap the whole thing.

ADS like soft ****, pictures of semi clad people should be banned unless people sign up to them explicitly.
i find it offensive to be reading my emails in a service I pay for in countries where it is not normal to display nearly naked females and they are clearly seen on my screen and noticeable by others. -

Reward for Long Time Mail Users
Grateful if Yahoo can consider rewarding its most loyal and long time mail users.
I have been using the same yahoo mail for over 25 years.
I believe this further will incentivize future mail users to join and keep using the same mail for years to come.

Allow us to see more of my linked email account names!
I have 4 email accounts linked to my single most used Yahoo account. But the way it display on my PC doesn't allow me to distinguish between accounts. Even if it only displayed entire email address when hovering over it would be a great help.
All I actually see is: "XXXXXX49" and all the accounts start with the same name! -

I get the following message: " As of January 31, 2023, Yahoo Greece will no longer publish content. All other services, including Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Search, are not affected by these changes. Thank you for your support." I will consider permantly delete my email account! -

I have a question please. 1TB is huge space. Can we save word, Excel, PDF, JPG files in Yahoo account? i.e. Can we use the storage for storing important personal files?
