Spam button is next to Mark as unread. 'WAY too easy if one is in a hurry to hit Spam instead of sub-menu for Mark as unread
Spam button is next to Mark as Unread sub-menu. 'WAY too easy if one is in a hurry to hit Spam instead of sub-menu for Mark as Unread. This has caused untold angst and anguish for me. Make Spam button harder to accidentally hit (different size; different color; requires right click or double click; asks you if you're SURE you want to Mark as Spam) and MOVE IT ELSEWHERE so it's not so easy to mistakenly choose AND it's not so close to a much-more-frequently-used sub-menu. Spam is a nuclear option. You should have to REALLY MEAN IT to use…

Get rid of the blank line between messages on the Inbox.
Get rid of the blank line between message in the message list. I want to see as many messages as possible since I can delete a lot of them because they are solicitations wanting my money. There is no need for a blank line between messages. Or go back to Classic mail..... an excellent application.

Can Verizon Yahoo add filing features and mechanisms to the "new" email?
There should be a category for "architecture" to list feedback of the Verizon Yahoo email system that they recently built. Unfortunately, Verizon Yahoo doesn't permit the new email users to distinguish between filed emails and unfiled emails. To Verizon Yahoo users it will all look the same. This is a throwback to the 1970s-1980s email, when application architects hadn't given enough thought to email systems, and what users would need to function. Why can't users have the opportunity to view and distinguish between filed and unfiled emails? Why would a system designer create an email system under the assumption that…

Bug in message editing.
Bug in feedback.
Wrote an idea (elaborating on an Anonymous user's idea, fairly close to mine), with some detail. I probably went over a size limit, but no complaints were made by the system.
Went back to edit my message - typos.
Edited message was posted in triplicate. Also, line-ends were stripped, trashing formatting. -
The resolution of the pics in the new format ******. None of the pictures look real!
The resolution of the pics in the new format sucks....none of the pictures look real. Add a function under settings that allows me to set the resolution to a level that works properly even though it may slow down loading.

Cc/Bcc selection
When selecting Bcc how about placing the cursor in the Bcc on the Bcc line rather than the Cc line? I sometimes forget to move it down and would like to insure autonomy for my recipients,

If you are going to answer feedback questions with lazy suggestions, pls dont cutter my mailbox
I sent a suggestion regarding off language ads in mailbox and website, you reply clean cache and cookies, pls dont send lazy suggestions like this, unless of course you want people to stop using your feedback service. cleaning cache and cookies has no effect, I clean multiple times a day and still receive random ads in geo language instead of default. before watching videos, I watch chinese commercials to the point I no longer watch videos served by yahoo. the email is free, so can not complain. but when someone takes time to offer you suggestion to improve, at least…

junk mail
Junk Mail. The average citizen is assaulted by 5000 to 10,000 ads per day. Can you imagine the effect on the human brain? Some are designed only to program your brain to recognize sounds or logos. What are you doing, if anything, about this profit center?

I agree with everyone else. This version sucks! And it is forced on us. I will immediately begin transferring anything of importance to Gmai
I cannot track across to the trash can. Put it back where it was before. I am 61 years old and have seen many new and improved in my day. This doesn't rate as either one.

Terrible Customer Service
Allow users to actually talk to Yahoo customer service. The current set up is a joke and is designed to discourage users from contacting Yahoo. Please cancel all my accounts since I cannot reach anyone at Yahoo to do this in person.
Cannot log in cannot chat, cannot..... Yahoo ***** the big one!!!!! -

Be Balance in Selection of the Topics You Want Us to See
Start Thinking; Never mind your emotions when picking what you want us to see. They are a manifestation of a "dopamin fix" you create for yourselves. Makes you feel right, and happy!!! Do you actually realize how bent your thinking is? You must start thinking with the more logical and rational regions of your brain. Disregard that which makes you feel good, perhaps like a self righteous hero, and ever so important authority. Personally I would like to be treated to a more balanced presentation of news topics. You clearly have agenda against the less liberal leaning members of our…
