Unsubscribe features
I wanna make a suggestion. Instead of opening an email to unsubscribe, make it possible we should press on any email for 2-3sec or swipe up and unsubscribe button will pop up. What do you guys think?

Forcing us to use different browser that we do not like.
I have been around for approx 18 yrs and understand change has to come in order to make it better. I feel like being forced to leave Internet Explorer for something different then having to reset my descriptions etc is a lot to do. I need to fix things as I use this as my main account. Dont want to lose Yahoo, but need to get a better options working. Google and Chrome are not my favorite and iPhone is better but love IE. How can we help make it better.

SPAM reporting Captcha
Get Rid of Captcha for Reporting Yahoo sent SPAM! Today, I reported several Yahoo sent SPAMS. On one I only had to do one captcha "find", on another, I had to wade through SIX DIFFERENT "finds" before it let me report the Yahoo account that SENT the SPAM (Fake threatening email from "FBI").
I had to wade through crosswalks, traffic lights, store fronts, cars. Two of them TWICE! I never know whether or not the **** program wants the LIGHT POLES or just the portion of the pole with the lights. The same with the edge of vehicles. Some of… -

not showing download option .DAV extension files

Delete log in alert when accessing on other devices
100% dislike the alert sent to my phone prior to accessing email on other devices. This feature made made me use gmail as primary.

Bring back the yahoo help forum (forums.yahoo.net)
Yahoo used to have a help forum where you could ask for help or post bugs and then the engineers would investigate. Now forums.yahoo.net redirects to their new "help" which requires paying to speak to someone on the phone. If I am reporting a bug I'm helping you improve your product. We should be able to post bugs without having to pay for it (or use Twitter).
(I proposed this idea a month ago and it was closed. How about leave it open to gather feedback this time?)

1. Pls don't have contacts in separate OLD yahoo window; have to wait for the new window to remember it's not doing email but contacts.
2. Pls have way to get to INBOX without scrolling to top of list.
3. Pls allow moving folders with both sub-folders and emails in them (really, really).
4. Pls give more options for editing text (bold, etc.). Also, if I select all and choose new size it doesn't usually work for all the text.

Provide Storage with Yahoo Mail Pro
With all the free email out there today I think Yahoo should provide a little more with the paid subscription. I was thinking like 1Tb of Cloud Storage with your Pro Account. This would be more of an incentive and would offer a nice benefit to your subscribers. I was looking for a backup tool for my pictures and files and I was thinking why pay for multiple services. So I hope you would consider this since $35 is getting to be a lot to pay just for email without ads.

My issue is not on any of the help topics on your site. However I try and spin it all I get is the same generic help topics that don't help.
Provide a contact e-mail or phone number to contact you on so I can sort my issue that does not appear on your help pages.
