5. There should be a free way to contact you guys for account recovery issues.

   I have been trying for several days trying to get my old account back but couldn't because I don't have my old phone number plus there is NO FREE SERVICE that will help me with this. Big company with no free service is a big disappointment in my opinion.

10. Interface is deleting emails not selected

    When I select all, only a portion of the emails show checked/selected. if i don't uncheck any boxes and click delete ALL emails in my box are deleted - even those note selected. This didn't used to happen. Please revert to old functionality. Or actually show that all emails selected some can be unselected.

    You need to change your SPAM reporting page to allow easier reporting of SPAM Sent from One Yahoo address with a Reply To of a SECOND Yahoo ADDRESS!
    I have been reporting the SAME MESSAGE TWICE.
    Once for the SENDING Yahoo Address.
    A SECOND time for the REPLY TO Yahoo Address.
