  1. Fire Tablet there is a "tab/section" for receipts but no way to delete them I have over 5 years worth. How do I remove them with no info ?

    How do I remove over 5 years of receipts on the Android version of mail? No instructions anywhere or any mention of this function. I want to get rid of it entirely. My device is a Fire Tablet.

  2. How can we block senders from a particular site

    I keep getting spam from a site called allaboutgoodnews.com. I keep blocking them but since they come from a different name each time- like one will be from xyz@allaboutgoodnews.com and another might be abcd@allaboutgoodnews.com they just keep coming. Can you just block anything from this site?

  3. Mistakenly reported as spam

    I mistakenly reported a sender as spam and now are not able to receive email from them, as they're not even going to my spam folder. I contacted Yahoo Support and they said there is no way to undo this action and suggested I post this request in this forum.

    Hi there. If you no longer receive this sender's email address, please contact them to have them re-add you to their sending list. 

  4. Please don't put videos of people getting hit by cars in my empty inbox

    I don't love seeing videos of people getting hit by cars in my empty inbox. The morality of putting non-optional video ads into peoples' inboxes non-withstanding, please at least filter them so I don't have to watch someone die when I log into Yahoo.

  9. Clicking on ads inadvertently

    I don't like the new scam you're perpetrating by doing a very quick line shift when I click on my top most email, and by doing so it opens up the ad which is just above the top email line. If I want to open up the ad, I'll click on it. Instead, you are wasting my time and causing frustration.
    If this new scam of yours doesn't end soon, I'll be switching to gmail permanently.

  10. repeating reCAPCHA cannot get stairs or buses or cars etc always the wrong answer Stupid AI

    sometimes CAPCHA keeps asking again and again to verify not a robot despite the squares ticked. ten times and still not correct. I am not a robot or blind

  11. I want to change my email address, without creating a whole new email!

    With so many other websites now allowing for username changes, I think it is time for Yahoo to look into options that would allow email address changes.

    Perhaps make it a perk of Yahoo Mail Plus. I would happily pay to change my email address, without having to make a new one.

    When you create a new account, the email address will have the yahoo.com extension. Unfortunately, the country specific domain extensions are no longer available.

  13. Why require signing in twice?

    When signed into yahoo mail and go to feedback, stop forcing user to sign in again.

    I am logged in on my laptop crome browser and when I am trying to log-in on my mobile app I am receiving an error message whenever I am putting my email id and presses next to enter password. The error message is "We can't sign you in right now. To prevent unauthorised account access, sig-in attempts are being blocked for now. Try again in an hour with this device and browser”.     Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  16. what happened to the block senders option for spam email? It disappeared a few days ago.

    What happened to the block sender option I used to have for spam? It disappeared 2 days ago and it's annoying that you would remove the feature.. Same thing happened to my other yahoo account and the feature never returned.. If you can't get this fixed in a few days or if it doesn't return, I'll be moving all my yahoo contacts to Gmail. What happened and why on earth would you remove it?

    Hi there. The block senders option will no longer appear as an option for you if the limit of 1000 blocked email addresses has been reached. The block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts. Meaning what you see might not be the actual sender address and in turn you might add inexistent email addresses to the list and continue to receive the same type of spam emails. 

    Please keep marking these emails as Spam so your personal spam filter learns to recognize them as Spam and send them directly to the right folder. Also, you can create filters by going to mail.yahoo.com from a laptop/PC, click Settings>More Settings>Filters. Here you can add as rule to filter the repetitive terms you see in the subject line or email body.

  17. username change

    My recovery email that is designated as my username is my work email. I'm retired so that's no longer valid. I have searched way too long and you provide no way to contact you without a fee. Please make it possible to change an invalid email as our username.

    I wish to enter my email without that unnecessary verification code. I recently lost my phone, where i have access to my email. I bought a new phone, and when i tried to enter my email, i was being asked for a verification code, either sent to my old(lost) phone/number or to my alternate email. The problem is, my old number would not be an option for sending the code. And my alternate email is also asking me a verification code before i could enter.   20. yahoo mail hacked

    I got my email hacked and there wasn't a single notification about any activity on my account, I saw someone gaining access to my other accounts using my email.
    Where as the gmail was quick to alert me on this and logged out from everything and blocked the signing in. Yahoo didn't even alert me, let alone block anything.
    yahoo has a huge potential which is being seriously underlooked by the team. I would'nt recommend these type of feedbacks from the users, this method sucks. Hire cheap and skilled workforce from india, bangaldesh, china or any developing nation. Get your…
