I am getting pornographic spam with explicit subject lines on an alias that I no longer need. The emails are going to my spam folder, but I have to check that folder before clearing it because legitimate emails often get sent there. My MINOR CHILDREN have seen these subject lines on occasion, and I therefore now have to be careful when using my email when they are around. This should not have to be the case because I have no other reason to hide anything on my computer from my children. It seems like it should be a simple fix…

I try to provide my input, "VOTE" under the "How important is this to you?" on a subject matter. I get the same response: "We Couldn't Submit Your Score At This Time." You obviously do not want to know.

For whatever reason Yahoo stopped sending me the account code so I had to use my other email to get in and there is no phone# to find out why

I deleted a sent from name 5 years ago and it still shows up in there. Your system sucks
How about actual customer service? I entered a name that could show up as my sent from name in people's inboxes. I have been trying to delete it for literally 5 YEARS and IT STILL SHOWS UP. It is not listed anywhere but your ancient system wont delete the name. What is the challenge??

Please allow filter "sender not in contacts" to "JUNK"
Please let us filter emails from senders not in our contact list to JUNK. The amount of phishing emails is untenable, and Yahoo is not doing enough to stop it.

Email viewing issue
If I search for an email in all sections (inbox sent etc), and I have opted for group by conversation then an email which was received in inbox is not shown on the correct date. rather it is shown at a later date when I responded to that email.
I can show this issue live to an agent but is hard to describe.

Not being able to use an old account sucks.
What's the point of deleting an email after months of no use, it's just stupid. No wonder why most people switched to other mail boxes. I had some really important informations in my account, and now there seems to be no way to get it back. Mostly as getting support is a pain.

Apple push notification - change or remove sender icon
Sender icons AS ATTACHMENT in notifications are very annoying, especially on apple watch. I bought watch to see mails at instant speed, but all i see is sender icon on full screen. Not a single service use it as attachment for a good reason. You can merge sender icon with yahoo mail icon in the notification to look it much nicer. And you will make watch users just happy as well.
