  1. Locked out of account

    I recently tried to login to an old yahoo account. I remembered the password, first try. Asked me to verify with an outside email address that had been closed. Locked out of account. I called support, and was told I could only unlock it by PAYING for YAHOO PRO on this old junk account. This is an absolute scam and honestly a load of ******** I could not be more enraged with the customer service, and yahoo itself as a company. Get back to me and unlock my account, ASAP.

  3. Stop ambushing us with the oath privacy settings!

    This Oath setting that comes up (before I even log in!) is too frequent and too time consuming! I've had enough. Each time we have to go and set the privacy settings to how we want and with all the partner settings there are too many to go through! Why not save the settings once we log in? I think I'll just leave Yahoo and switch to another email provider.

  4. Password Problem

    I have full control of my Yahoo account. It is working lovely. My problem is i have forgotten my password.Besides, I want to change it. It is old.
    I have followed every instructions given under Sign-in Helper, but it does not give me the option to change the password or recover the password.
    This account is very important for me. Actually, it is my life. Please help to change the password.

  7. No icons for fonts, stationery or attachments

    Had a nice letter from feedback department telling me to use the icons to access my stationery. Trouble is, there are no longer any icons. This mail is totally screwed up!

  9. Yahoo Mail Intergration With Yahoo Groups

    Photos posted to and from Yahoo Groups using Yahoo mail as .jpeg attachments are not being shared across the Yahoo owned properties as intended. Images sent as attachments to Yahoo Groups via Yahoo mail should appear in Yahoo Groups 'photostream/photomatic' as well as subscribers messages sent from the Yahoo Grop. Images posted to Yahoo Groups via the groups web interface should appear in e-mail received by members subscribe to a given Yahoo Group. This issue has been randomly affecting groups since 2013 but appears to have worsened since Yahoo mail was 'improved'. As of this writing it is not working…

    The complete lack of any form of useful customer service is why I am leaving. I have had an email account for over 20 years, but if you decide to change the format of mail and not offer any customer support, then we have no choice but to go elsewhere.

  11. Quit screwing with our email....especially business emails. Now I can't get to my business emails on my phone

    You have screwed up my business emails...again.

    You have made it impossible to get my emails on my iphone. Quite screwing up **** that isn't broken.

    Oh....and I don't need more security added to get my email...I'm smart enough to use a great password.

  12. I keep getting an error message that says I have to sign back in to get update complete, but every time I sign back in I am still getting sa

    I can't get the new update to allow me access to my work email. I keep getting an error message that says I have to sign out then sign back in to complete the update. I have now signed out and back in about 10 times and still get same message.

  13. Oath confirmation too frequent

    3 times in one week I got ambushed by the Oath screen. Again I had to go through all of the settings and individually switch off all permissions. Why can't these settings be saved once and for all? And it needs to be simpler. Who has the time to read through length jargon. Keep it simple! Otherwise, people will lose trust rapidly like me and plan to leave.

  14. mail pro

    I do pay for mail pro and suddenly a few days ago stopped receiving emails at '*****@***.com' but I do receive emails at ********@yahoo.com which normally should be connected.
    It impossible to contact customer care and when I did, the answer was "we can't help you for this account because you sign in as i.klaroudas!!
    Please help asap because it is very important to me.

  19. filter

    Filters are not working:
    I created a filter and folder to move some selected emails to the specific folder but it is not working. Settings ---> More settings ---> Filter ----> Add a filter. the above steps which I followed to create a new filter but still the selected emails are not moved, and the folder is empty with no emails in it. Please help.

  20. Ad-free is not free from ads. If I want ads for free I won't pay extra. I would like my money back please.

    Start processing refunds to customers that object to services that are not "clearly" represented. Your ad-free LIMITATIONS should be BOLD with COLOR IMPACT on the first page of the offer. You should tell us BOLDLY that we will still see ads. Yahoo refunding fees for this to those who request them will show us what kind of integrity Yahoo has, positively or negatively.
