Yours has to be the worst customer service and trying to find things on a site that I have ever had the horror of dealing with.
Trying to fix ANYTHING yourself on here is a nightmare. And YOU don't provide any form of support. Shame on you. Even things you post to do just leads you in a circle.

when using mail search, cannot filter results
On the old mail, it used to be possible to filter search results by sender, by folder, by date, but now it seems to be a simple search which is less powerful.

Problem to use Yahoo Email on Mobile Apps
Need to Improve Email experience on mobile apps.
In Mobile Apps whenever we delete the mails from inbox it come back to inbox within a minute & also there is problem in sync in Email.

Account passwords
Although trying to prevent users from using similar passwords might be a good idea. It really concerns me that you are storing so many of my old passwords. This can be a big problem once you get hacked.

Changing the Display Name in Recipient Inbox
Please give us the option to change the display name.
I've changed my username and nickname but the my mails show my previous display name in my receiver's inbox.
My display name sounded cool and sassy when I was teenager. Now as a professional adult, I want my official name to be displayed.
Please help. I thought this would be easy!
