  1. Two factor identification not working well

    Two factor authentication has been working fine for me for months. But just recently when I click "Yes" on my mobile phone to answer the question "Are you signing in?" nothing happens!!

    As a result, I must now regularly ask for an SMS to be sent to my phone so that I can sign in on my laptop computer. Does anyone else have this problem? It is really irritating!

  3. There is no way to download inline images, bring back the download link

    I can't find any way to download inline images. If I send an image to myself from an iphone they show up inline and there is no link to download, and right clicking doesn't have an option either. The only option that shows up is "save as" and it saves the image as a tiny thumbnail. A 1.5MB file gets saved as a 90kb file. WTF?

    I have no problems doing this through my Gmail account. For some reason Yahoo has disabled or eliminated the download option, I can't send photos to my Yahoo email anymore.

  5. i need to access my other business email address in the old version and can't. please switch mine back

  6. Non-Existant Customer Service

    So frustrating. I was charged more than DOUBLE for the Pro services. I've tried every way to contact customer service, and it seems to be impossible. Continuous errors when trying to connect with a rep. I'm so frustrated, and I just want to be refunded at this point. I've been a loyal Yahoo customer for as long as I can remember. So done.

  7. Bring back forums.yahoo.net because you killed it

    Why did you guys kill off forums.yahoo.net? Now it redirects to help.yahoo.com and no forum. Where am I supposed to report my bugs and get support? Here, really? Or you want $5 a month for me to report bugs now? Shout out to scootermobile who was always helpful.

    I can no longer have my business account and my personal account open at the same time on the same browser. I asked about this when you switched to the new system and was told you were going to fix it and yet here we are.....

    Yahoo changed many things and they promised that people with Yahoo.com, aol.com email would able accept by Yahoo, but so far none of them can reach Yahoo. I used not Yahoo email to my Yahoo group and listserevs -****@optonline.net and none Yahoo recipients can send email to my Yahoo. Shame of Yahoo-Yahoo Oath not allow Yahoo recipients email to Yahoo.

  12. What Happened to my business Email??? It was there Monday, May 6, and now it is GONE ... I live by that Email ... I need it NOW!!!

  13. Improve the mail by having more choices, including "other'. This way, fewer people would pick a wrong option to get through the menu.

    I got a warning about too many failed logins for Facebook. I have a hard time typing correctly on an iPhone, partly because my hands shake regularly. I accidentally clicked that I had fixed the problem. The real answer is that I failed to solve the problem, but the problem existed on my end and I soon fixed it. I recommend putting in "other" or a similar command so that people do not choose whatever is closest. Also, I had to dig to find tis page where I could inform a real person of what the problem was.

    Forced up date and now I cannot access my business email and cannot get through to any support.

    Now I cannot receive Email through my primary business alias. And I cannot select the proper Sender name. why the **** do you keep making things worse? Are you purposely trying to drive users away? Well, it is working.
