1. HELP

   Some of my email folders along the emails that were in them are also. Where in the heck are they? Some are very important. BTW tried switching back to the old email system using the link supplied and it doesn't work.

2. Email disappears while reading. Lack of width control of columns of emails/reading windows. Changes your browser.

   Make it user-friendly and functional. The UI has always been decent, but the UX (user experience) has always been on the side of the developer and not the user.

   The new format makes my email message suddenly disappear from the screen while I'm reading it. Whether scrolling through the message or if I click on something, at some random point, I can expect my message to disappear and give me the blank screen with only the pic of the back of an envelope. There seems to be no rhyme or reason; just bad programming.

   Why shouldn't the user be able to control the width of his/her email columns without having to install the very annoying Yahoo extension on top of Yahoo? If you install the extension, it only allows for width expansion per email; once you move to the next email, the column returns to the original narrowed width. You cannot actually adjust your email list or reading window to a preferred width- just Yahoo's choice of default or wider, then snap back on the next email! It also seems that if I go to another tab in my browser, then return to email, it shrinks the width back to default. As well, it automatically makes Yahoo your default browser unless you change the settings or remove the extension- surprise! Really, really poorly done, Yahoo (shakes head)!

   I would guess that Yahoo is keeping that R-side column (if you have this reading arrangement) "blank" so that they can eventually bombard you with a column of ads. Otherwise, why wouldn't they allow you to keep a nice, wide width for viewing your emails?

   Change is hard, yes, but change should help to make an experience better for the user, not to try to put a new coat of paint and a few sparkles that chip & fizzle upon use. Sheeshkabob.........

   I ring your support, one bloke speak to me some Asian country, Hi went in to my computer, because I lost many emails. Hi told me, " I can fixed, but you have to pay for it". I have a yahoo email for more than 10-years, and Yahoo changed they email system to a stupid one, lost important emails of mine, and they want to charge money from me to fixed. That's not what I expected from Yahoo. I was proud, and did recommended Yahoo services to anyone, but not any more. I be start using some other email service, I been forced to do it.

6. Stop asking me to "upgrade" to Microsoft Edge browser!

   I don't want to "upgrade" to MS Edge. I am happy using the non-Edge browser of my choice. I tried out Edge when I got a new laptop, and kept getting bugged with a popup to try Edge instead. I tried it, didn't like it, moved on. You can do likewise - email SHOULD be browser-agnostic.
