I think we are looking at a class action lawsuit here. I have been without email for a while and the support desk simply closed the case.
The support desk simply closed the case because they say it is resolved despite the fact I can no longer receive emails. I want my money back. ALL MY MONEY FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS. Please join me and let's start a class action law suit.

I've been a paid Yahoo mail user for 20 years. So I hope my input is taken seriously.
(1) When forwarding an email, don't show a vertical line on the left. Most times we forward the same email to a few people and the vertical line gives it away that it's a forward. Your former version didn't have that line. Just kill it.
(2) Why can't I add an email address to my contacts right from inside the email like I could with the last version?
(3) Show number of unread messages in Spam and Trash .Why was this option…

For once an update isn't too bad, usually updates are worse than what they replaced. I do not like the new emoji's, though.
I don't like the new emoji's, MUCH prefer the old ones. Just because it's "new and wonderful" doesn't mean it's better. All many updates do is keep programmers employed and most of the time they take something that people are familiar with and like and ***** it up.

search unread
The search results on my app and on the web are always displaying each email with the "unread" indicator - regardless of whether the email had been read or not.
Basically, everything that is found in the search will appear as if I've never read the email, even if it's an email that I've read months or years ago.
I don't understand why the search results show up as unread regardless of whether they have been read. It seems like a broken feature and it is frustrating.
