These companies claim to have customer service but really have none. You order 5 XL and get 2 XL, 2L, and 1 M. Try to get in touch with customer service, what a joke.

The animated advertisements are extremely rude and distracting. They have got to go.
An animated advertisement that is clearly begging for my attention while I am having a business exchange with my emails is the equivalent of having a board meeting while an obnoxious child interrupts the meeting by yelling about something he wants me to care about. I cannot keep this email service if that madness does not stop. If Yahoo will post still ads instead, particularly ones that are not disgusting or depressing, I will not have a problem with advertisements on my screen. Also, some of the moving advertisements keep coming back no matter how many times I x them…

When I mark an email as spam, I don't want five more in its place.
I don't know have any ideas. I just want it to stop. I spend more time sending emails to spam than actually reading the valid emails. You need to figure out what to do, I am not a tech genius. I just know as soon as I can get another email address somewhere else and the important things switched over, I'm gone for yahoo mail and will not recommend to anyone. I'm tired of worrying about getting hacked!

why are you doing this to us?
I find it very disturbing that not only are you wanting 5 bucks a month, but now you flood my inbox with spam cause you want money. you are trying to force me to pay you so you can then stop the spam.

is it a bug or a feature ?
If you sort the email regarding to their unread status, and then click one of them to read it, after a short while, the email screen is closed automatically like a door shot to your face, and it returns to the inbox, then if it's an old email, you can't find it if you don't remember any word from that email.. This issue/feature has been there for a loooong time.

Stop the incessant "Prove you're not a robot" Captcha requests at sign-in! I have not had any recent security issues or entered incorrect passwords, which are your supposed reasons for these annoying and time-wasting requests.

Yahoo plus, needs to go.
Yahoo plus is going to be the death of this company. No other major provider forces their subscribers to pay for scam, and phishing blockers, or paid support. I think it's time leave yahoo and stay with RoundCube, Gmail, and literally any other provider but this one. Not trolling, just naming the obvious. Good luck and God bless.

STOP having the 'make more room' ad EACH time I look at my mail. If not, I will not find it hard to use another mail service.
you have me "X" out each time I see each one of my emails. Each time. SO if I have 100 emails..... I do not wish to pay for my email to have 'more room'.

Provide option to sort email filters
Please provide option or a search or a filter to the email filters to make modifications. We have this option of sorting in Microsoft Outlook. This will be very useful.

We need to be able to use wildcards in email address blocking.
Blocking @.com is a wasted block.
Blocking *@youneedthis.com should be available as a manual entry.Same for domains. Yes I can block domain.com to capture any subdomain like abc.domain.com, but I can't block TOP-LEVEL domains like the following:
@.link or simply .link to block any domain using .link

I pay to have an ad free business email
I pay to have a business account and for it to be ad-free. This is very unprofessional. The first email now is some BS ad that is going to me and techs. Please correct or I will move my email to someplace that understands the difference from business and personal emails.

When I search my mail in one account it does a search in all my Yahoo Mail accounts. I only want to search in one account at a time, not all of them at the same time. Please fix this!

Filter at page SOURCE?
It'd be nice to also be able to filter spam AT THE SOURCE of the message page. Spammers got very clever and often times do not include text in the subject or body of the message. A simple filter at the SOURCE of the message page would stop A LOT more spam from reaching the inbox.
