1. your mail response is just repeating your boilerplate responce to our needs WHICH IS WRONG

   i dont want to delete all of the email's pictures. that is ... say i get an email with 5 pictures. i only want to keep 3 of them and delete the remaining two. accrding to your "mail support" answer to another suggester, deleting the whole email is the only way, i dont want to do that.

2. Why are you so insistent about THIS GARBAGE?

   You have been annoying me with this new mail ******** for MONTHS. IT SUCKS! Why in **** are you so insistent that I change to this? It is GARBAGE. Seriously, you are going to force me to use ANY OTHER EMAIL PROVIDER just to get away from your annoying stupidity. Returning to my OLD email. It at least has customization's that I can CHOOSE and actually LIKE, albeit to a limited degree. Keep this **** up and PROTON MAIL here I come.

3. Why all of a sudden are order confirmations going to Spam Mail rather than In Box ie Amazon and others

   All of a sudden Order confirmations from known sources are going to Spam.. ie. Amazon and others .. Need to work on your filtering in this new format.. How can I get back to the previous Mail system..???

4. Ability to close "information" window

   I hate the "information" window that takes up 1/3 of my screen (right-hand side) about the person whose email I am reading.

   I don't see a way to close that window down.

   I want to use my screen to see my In Box, and the email I am reading. I don't care that (from the current window)- -

   "You and "name here" appeared together on 536 messages between Jan 2016 and Jan 2018. The first message was from name to name, name, and others on Jan 3, 2016, regarding 'Help in NM Play date March 5 and SF Tournament March 11/12.'.

   How do I get rid of this!!!?

   Put it back to the way it was. Will not delete or allow moving messages to files and slower than molasses. Not a good look either. Next time you want to make a change, please offer "put it back as it was or an easier to find "contact us" link. Don't like the look either. Thanks

You therefore need to know that your personal bank a/c's are not secure; for several years my accounts in Zurich, Scotland and Sri Lanka (all global banks whom you are familiar w/) were hacked into. These banks are HSBC (HQ in London not HK), UBS/Union Bank of Switzerland (offshore Zurich; Swiss citizen's not domicile in Switzerland are forced to be offshore), and Bank of Scotland (following the subprime mortgage crisis it is the Lloyds Banking Group plc, the largest retail bank in the UK tough the Scots retained the original name. In the case of HSBC, the criminals came right into the heart of me home. The ATM/Automatic Teller Machine kept my visa card after my 3d attempt as a new card had been made internally, and when funds were withdrawn by my maid, her husband and 4 other men on 9 occasions in the span of a mere 24 hours, I did not receive text messages (which are sent after withdrawals!) as the last digit of my cell # had been modified from a 1 to 0, and which I personally witnessed on the bank's computer screen. The criminals now deny in open court that the several hundred CCTV images are not them.

    I repeat, this could happen to you. You may convey as appropriate.

19. omg, this is a mess

    THIS IS A MESS! In the process of changing over from ATT only to ATT and Yahoo you've really messed me up. I can see my many years worth of files on Yahoo and then the ATT option but I can't see them on my phone! AND to make matters worse, you toggled to my Yahoo account in the midst of a negotiation and now, because I can't the entire conversation on the same page on my phone I can't communicate with this company. Oh, and if I go the ATT site and log in there, as they told me to do, I can only only see the e-mails that have been received since the change over. Oh, that's my phone too! I need to get whole again. I never set up the Yahoo account, at least as far as I remember, so I don't appreciate you using that account without warning!!!! Plesae help!

20. Suggestion: UNSUBSCRIBE & Check Address

    You read the email header and detect a "unsub" tag in the header - just do NOT consider all "unsub" to be spam, it is the other way around.
    Then very often the reply-to, from and unsub is to an invalid email / URL so can you insert the option "Check address" and "Check URL". Check address with "HELO <address>" or finger(). All status of category not 0 == OK should be shown. The usual will be "550" - "User not known". For URL - make a"ping" or "Lookup", again any non-zero return sugggest an error. No need to check certificates, that is my problem, 99.99% of links that fail are improper URL. But here, status 550 suggest a fake certificate should you "stat" the URL.
    The same may be made available in all "Compose" to enable verification of rarely used email addresses. People move on.
