  1. why do I sudenly have beta?

    So why did I get switched to this lame BETA version? I didn't do anything, it just came up that way one day about a week ago. I test software for a living When I am off work and just want to check my e-mail, I don't want to test your lame software. If you want to pay me my going rate and give me a simple way to report problems found, I would be game.

  2. I very much preferred the old animated emoji set to this one!! These I find unattractive. Do I have alternatives?

    Do I have alternatives? Can I use the old ones? Can I use a better version of the standard emojis you have chosen? Or Bitmoji?

    I guess if I revert to the old viewer, I'll get the previous emojis back?

  3. For some reason I now must basically ask for a code to be sent to my phone in order to sign in on my desk top. I HAVE no clue why this start

    ****-- I cant sign into my desk top email without asking for a code to be sent via email to my phone...Don't have a clue why this started . I had been on the road for 8 days prior to getting home this past monday... HELP needed please...

  4. First thing I see is a bunch of videos. Get rid of them, I just want to read my mail!

    Get rid of all the videos that popped up before I could open my inbox. Not interested, don't want them. Just keep the mail simple please.

  8. Re: Increase in price of Yahoo Mail Plus/Pro

    Can I get some feedback why Yahoo Mail Plus/Pro has increased in price? Are there new features? If so what are they? I need to know if it is worth the price increase.

    Why is there no loyalty benefits for people to be grandfathered with the same price into Pro. I've been a paying member for 8+ years. If there is nothing positive I'll be cancelling mail and my paid Flickr account as well.

    In the old mail system you could view an attachment that was an image in full screen mode with just a few clicks. And I mean FULL screen mode (using every pixel on my laptop screen!).
    Can this be restored please?

  13. Make all features of the desktop version of Mail available in the mobile app.

    One of the features that I use often in Mail are the disposable email addresses. And I pay to have that feature as part of Yahoo! Mail Pro. Yet it isn't possible to access or edit my disposable email addresses in the mobile Mail app.

    Why is this? Can we please have parity of features between the desktop version of Mail and the mobile app? With mobile devices replacing desktop computers as the predominant method through which people communicate online, there should be a greater focus on developing and maintaining the Mail app. Instead, Yahoo!/Verizon continues to treat the desktop…

    Hire mature, intelligent people with some experience of the real world. People who understand that email users want something simple and straightforward, that doesn`t keep changing. NOT whizz-kid twenty-somethings who live with their mothers.

  18. New interface is unstable/flaky like nothing before

    There's a new problem virtually every day. Today's problem is that when I click on a folder, nothing happens!! I suspect if I logout and log back in, things may start working again; or maybe not. With the newer version of Yahoo mail interface, you NEVER KNOW WHEN SOMETHING WILL STOP WORKING!!
