Mail Plus and I still get ads?
I am visiting India, and that perhaps explains why I get ads even though I have Yahoo Mail Plus. In the USA I never did. So I just connected to Yahoo Mail using Nord VPN via a USA server, and the ads disappeared. I'm sure Yahoo can (and should) fix this problem.

Take out the ads. Why am I paying for "ad-free" Yahoo if you are going to turn around, add an additional $5.00 per month?

I have Yahoo! Mail Plus (paid) though I'm asked to try it free and I have ads. Why?
This isn't an idea it's a question. I'm paying and have been paying for years. Why is Mail asking if I want to pay and try the service for free? Why do I have ads if I have the paid version of Mail?

Get these ads out of my email. I already paid a yearly fee in June for Yahoo! Mail Pro and I'm not giving you any more money.
My Yahoo! Mail Pro subscription was renewed in June and should last until next June. This is a rip off and a fraudulent business practice as well as an outright money grab by Yahoo! Refund my previous subscription in full or pro-rated or I am discontinuing my use of your increasingly worse email service.

Make built in security
Make a built in anti-virus and security protection from hackers/Malware. In so many instances identity theft happens from email accounts being stolen. If we as your account holders trust you enough to give our financial institutions and other accounts private information, the least yahoo could do is protect it with a built in protection. Thanks

fix the bug that happens when downloading a pdf file attachment
when I download a pdf attachement it is saved as a pdf__ file so the it cannot be opened without renaming it manually

Allow notes in Notepad to be copied.
Allow notes in Notepad to be copied. Currently there is only the 'move' function and the 'delete'. This will help us to re-use notes and will save us having to draft notes all over again. If notes are able to be copied, this will in turn allow us to only change parts of a copied note and re-use it sort of like the function of a template. We cannot do that if there is only the delete and move functions.

Thank you so much for the newly added rich text features in Notepad, but please allow us the ability to add/insert/upload or even drag images or photos into our notes. Print to PFD does not work
I have problem with printing from my yahoo email - using classic look. When I print it to pdf, it generates just a single text line. Not always, 50% of the time.

Turn off spam mail checks on any mail I forward to the Spamcop service
I frequently forward my spam email to the Spamcop service which reports the spammer to their ISP and website hosts. Occasionally Yahoo mail stops me from forwarding the offending mail and displays the message "your mail cannot be forwarded because it resembles spam." It then puts the mail I'm trying to forward in my drafts folder. This is ridiculous. Yahoo mail should be changed to turn off this check for any mail that I forward to Spamcop.

UNREAD FILE FOLDER
Unread File? I choose to unread some files on purpose, Moving them to a folder instead to read later. YOU people in your infinite wisdom to irritate by providing more without improving (more is must more...ever hear of K.I.S.S.?) won't allow me to move those unread files out of that folder into the folder I want them in. So, that UNREAD folder stacks up with undistributed files, all mixed together. I liked Yahoo Mail of about 6-8 years ago.....now its a burdensome maze of poor choices sucking the time out of my daily life. Simplify like you had it before…

Backup
It's been said before but needs repeating...the ability to easily back up everything in an account, including folder structure and attachments and ability to download it all to a local storage. This feature is well worth paying for.
