Email address non existing
I opened a new email where I can do all my accounts from since my phone was hacked with all my previous emails and info. After sending the info to all my debt collectors my account closed and when I tried to login again it says my account is not recognized. Ive tried opening the same email as a new email since according to yahoo my email doesnt exists and then it says that email already exists??? So why cant I log into my own account? Ive searched this whole page for a place where I can explain my problem…

Who, other than a Yahoo Geek, would have any idea what 9 dots forming square means! (upper right hand corner in the blue bar after a circle with a person in it, followed by a house icon). Then below there is a Ship’s Steering Wheel icon at least it has a drop down saying “setting’s menu”. What this does is very misleading….

Better anti hacking system
My account been hacked and when i call yahoo support they want me to pay 130$ and its been hacked form California and Arizona .
This account contains my banking info messages from nyc.gov with my personal info and yahoo support tells me pay 130$ or we are sorry -
Stop auto play of ads with sound
I do not pay for premium e-mail, so I expect ads. It's what I signed up for. However, you are now running political adds which autoplay with sound. Even though we are working from home, this is annoying. If you on a conference call and all of the sudden a political add starts playing, it breaks the work flow and you have to try to figure out how to get it off. You can't just turn it off, you have to close the window. It is beyond intrusive. Please make it stop.

I have 2 yahoo accounts and I'm tired of having to enter my password every time I switch between them.
2 accounts, tired of having to log in each time I roll over. This just started in the last week. Till then I just clicked between them. You're really annoying me.

phishing email received on backup email addr providing code to change pwd --it wasnt started by user!--cant report on yahoo as issue

More sorting of email options.
to be able to sort all emails alphabetically A-Z - Z-A by sender, or subject. Currently there is only by date from oldest to newest or newest to oldest.

I have marked All Ads in my Business email inbox as Offensive
I have marked All Ads in my Business email inbox as Offensive so Why do you Keep on Displaying them??? I have gone to the supposed "Ad Opt-Out" sections of my Business email and tried at least 20 times to Opt-Out of this horrible advertising Spam. And every time I've Opted-Out - they all keep coming back with me Opted-In!! This is the Worst Business email I've Ever Seen!!

two-step verification using email.
You used to have a two-step verification using email, which was great. Apparently that was removed. Can that be brought back? I live in an area that does not have cell service , therefore do not have a cell phone. The email option was great. Please bring it back as an option again.

I have to pay to have tehnical support
Why I have to pay to get technical support? I don’t need nothing premium, just to answer at my questions, doesn’t matter if you will answer in 1-2 days. But now I can not reach any support, this is so bad, I can not access my account and I’m not getting any help.

Enable receiving emails at username@yahoo.com as well as local domain
For older yahoo accounts created with a local domain like @yahoo.co.uk or @yahoo.co.in emails sent to @yahoo.com are not received. Please enable the receipt of emails sent to @yahoo.com as well as local domain.

bigger delete box
The small box you check mark to delete should be bigger. (at least taller) so when you are check marking a lot of emails to delete - it stops opening up the email accidently. Wastes a lot of time when trying to get the arrow right over that box. Thanks!
