Don't make Mail forwarding a pro feature. I've been using Yahoo since 2000 and been putting up with your ads without complaining but making a basic feature as pro sucks! I'm not going to end up buying your pro mail, instead, I'll hop email to where I've been forwarding all my mails to. Please be sensible!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR NEARLY ONE HOUR WITH POONJA IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TRYING TO GET MY BUSINESS EMAIL ADDRESSES FORWARDED TO MY REGULAR YAHOO MAIL ACCOUNT. SHE RAN ME THROUGH THE SAME STEPS A HALF DOZEN TIMES AFTER I TOLD HER THE VERIFICATION (LAST) STEP WAS NOT GENERATING THE REQUIRED EMAIN TO MY REGULAR ACCOUNT. AFTER WAITING OVER FIVE MINUTES WHILE SHE SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ELSE, SHE CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID SOMETHING AND HUNG UP ON ME! I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK, GOT ANOTHER AGENT WHO SOLVED THE PROBLEM IN UNDER 1 MINUTE. OF CORSE, YOU CAN'T…

remove ADDS! or make sure the hide add tab button works longer than 10 seconds
remove your adds. when i am attempting to check and delete my emails the adds continuously pop up. Than when i hide the adds, 10 seconds later they pop back up so i have to use the tab to close it again
