  2. You are blocking emails that should not be blocked

    For some reason, people that send me email all the time are now getting blocked. What the *, Yahoo! I have changed nothing, so this is definitely on your end. Fix it now. There are emails that my contacts need to send me but can't, because you guys ****** somewhere. Fix it!

  3. Valid email routed to spam

    I see lots of suggestions around this topic, clearly something bigger is going on. For years the spam filter worked great. In the last year or so it is no longer acceptable. In my contact list? Occasionally goes to spam. Receive emails from 10 people at a company? The 11th person goes into spam.

    If it were consistent - I could work with it. But the inconsistencies are killing me. Please fix it - or revert the code back to how it used to work. This is so frustrating!

  7. default email search

    Allow us to set a default search criteria for emails. I get tired of having to include "in:inbox" for every search.

  9. Blocked email login (1 hour waiting time)

    Yahoo often blocks access to my email account with a one hour waiting time.
    Super annoying as I cannot see any good reason why. Their statement to protect my account is absolutely nonsense.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  10. Archive email missing

    My cox email moved to Yahoo June 5th. I have received everything BUT my archived emails. I had years of email archived. Can I get it back?

  11. NOT SPAM Fix or Lose Customers

    I've been putting up with your Not Spam option not working. Half of my emails continue to go into spam folder daily, and each day I mark them as not spm. Fix or I take my 5 accounts to Google. The choise is yours

  12. Remove Today, Yesterday, etc. from Inbox!

    Please give users a way to get rid of the Today, Yesterday, etc lines above email in the Inbox! What a serious waste of space. Why are you wasting so much space!

    Just put back the date at the end of the line along with the time. It's what you used to do.

  15. Don't improve anything keep as is.

    Yahoo change new email looks, its very annoying, can't view all emails in Inbox. Worst update I ever seen my life. Change it and put it back the original looks and functionality.

  17. Deleted e-mail comes back on MacBook

    I read e-mail on my MacBook using the Apple Mail app, configured as an IMAP account. Often, I will delete e-mails there and then later on they are back in my inbox again, although sometimes the body of the e-mail is empty. How do I fix this?

  18. I am receiving mail from a foreign (not USA) source that does not look like normal mail and I am unable to block it. Do I close my account?

  19. Almost all my google groups emails are going to spam

    Almost all my google groups emails are going to spam. I keep marking them as Not Spam but nothing changes going forward. (I.e. that email that I marked gets moved to the Inbox, but then subsequent emails go to spam.) This is extremely annoying and makes me miss important emails.
