2. yahoo is harassing me to upgrade my email and you could improve by stopping that

   once a customer says they want basic email stop harassing them by interrupting their service with the same harassing question about upgrading . Just leave them alone. You asked. They asnswered. Stop already.

5. I hate that all my stuff was deleted!!! Every single email, every single folder!! My husband died and I lost everything he sent me!!

7. Why does Yahoo mail keep on switching from macro to zoomed-in view everytime I move my cursor.

   This was not how Yahoo mail behave previously. The constant switching between views is a nuisance and I find it difficult to even read or type my mail. Is Yahoo putting this up as a feature that can only be removed by premium subscription? If you ae, I will give up Yahoo mail for good. PLease confirm Yahoo's stand on this matter.

    Ads are fine. i understand that as a free service, you need to pay for it somehow. HOWEVER... When I tell you I don't like an add, and find it offensive, or report it as political.. I should NOT see it, or anything from that advertiser again.

    Stop showing ads I have already disliked!

    Support - STOP THE RUN AROUND!
    Keep getting emails to change my Thunderbird login, which I did in September... and I have recieved 4 more email since. When I tried to go online to report, when I click on "Contact Us" I get a page with two choices: topics and report spam... and topics kust takes me back to the previous page.

18. Since last 30 years that I pay for privet yahoo email now I get advertising which is not fair

    I don't understand why my paid privet email from yahoo getting ads but the free one I don't get ads, so for last 30 years that I paid $40.00 annually for to be ads free now apparently it's a mistake to pay to yahoo for private email?????
