Stop the ads from flashing! People who suffer from migraines are horribly affected by them. There is absolutely no reason they need to flash like that. You can have the ads there without them moving.

one email sends several times
This is less an idea than it is a complaint, and since I'm not going to pay you $5 a month to get support for YOUR ****** email, I guess I have to do it here. Every time I send an email, the recipient gets several copies of the same email in their inbox. I imagine it gets really annoying for anyone I mail, which is ultimately going to make your service look bad more than it does me, but it's still unprofessional when I'm looking for a new job.

Yahoo sucks
Yahoo Sucks with all their ads and attempts to have you make you account their default web page. Especially bad is all the junk mail Yahoo does not filter out. Gmail is a better choice.

Do you get paid by spammers?
Every day I get spam like, "Get auto insurance for $1.62/day" in my Inbox despite MARKING IT AS SPAM EACH AND EVERY TIME...but things like a notice from my local library that I have a book ready to pick up gets sent to the Spam folder.
Are you getting money from the spammers to put their garbage in our Inboxes...or are you just amazingly inept at your job?

Yahoo Generated Passwords are a bad idea
Someone explain to me how Yahoo's generated password ( required if you want to continue using Outlook as the client ) is more secure than the password I change every sixty days ?
Example of my passwords: +8pT6AxXza4^/_Pj~~rQ
Example of the Yahoo password: zbmwridlnmqrywof1) The generated password is all lower case alpha chars. No numbers or symbols or upper case which makes cracking it that much easier. ( (26)^16 vs (74)^20) ) *74 using a limited set of symbols, numbers, lower and upper case letters

NOT SPAM
No matter how many times I mark the same email address "not spam" you continue to put it in the spam folder. Then on top of that you don't tell me when there's something in the spam folder, so I often times don't see it until days or weeks later when I realize I haven't checked the spam folder (which I should NEVER have to do). Please get it together and either stop putting non-spam back in the spam folder, or at the very least tell me when there's something in that folder! You do it with the other folders,…

Focus on your customer needs
Very unhappy with ads in a business account - 15 years with Yahoo and I'm seriously considering a different platform. Year after year of disappointment with lack of services and ease of doing business. Its a shame you have ruined the experience for so many. Hard to continue a relationship when you continue to ignore your customer needs.

People insisting on me buying a phone just to access their services is one reason why I refuse to purchase one.
Instead, get a Google account and use Gmail to set up a yahoo mail account. No phone required. I might never get the old account back that I had when my old computer was stolen, because instead of asking me my security questions they insist on a phone number I don't have, but guess what? I don't care.
