2. Advertising in Paid Email Service - really? Sounds like double dipping to me!!

   Your small business email owners are getting the short end of the stick... why am I paying (for years) for a service to avoid adverts and now there are ads popping up in my paid email service.
   Yahoo (Abacco) has been going downhill in a steady decline of service for a number of years now.... I'm literally hanging on by a thread before I cut all service and business with Yahoo. Very disappointing and a huge let down for your long term users.

3. Emails Deleted by Yahoo!

   I have had an account since high school and I was porting over emails. Apparently this was not sufficient to maintain the account and even though contacts and my ID still existed every single email was gone. I will never use Yahoo! for anything every again and I will be encouraging others to stay away as well. Yahoo! clearly does not care about their customer's data at all and by deleting an "inactive" account without any form of contact with the user feels more than a little below board.

   I hope that they revamp their policies in order to ensure that customers are able to back up or capture their data before it is deleted.

5. Whitelist or force me to use basic mail??? That's low. REAL low.

   And lucky for me I like the basic mail interface. So find another way to threaten me.

   What kind of company does that? Do you guys not know what year it is? Which websites out there still let you use their site even if they run an adblocker? EVERYONE. Make the internet a better place.

   Hundreds of other places offer free email, and virtually all of them do it better than you. You should be ashamed. Ashamed for your terrible UI, ashamed for that whitelist popup, ashamed for thinking it was okay to treat end users that way.

   When you go under, you'll be missed. We'll throw you a funeral. We'll even show ads during your funeral. Then the internet will be a better place. Yahoo.

6. Sent emails sorting by date problem

   The issue I'm facing with the desktop mail page is that it only sorts sent mail by day&month and not by day&month&year, resulting in mixing sent emails from different years. For example, on the top of the page I see an 11th of May 2020 email and beneath that there are 3 of the 10th of May 2019. How can I fix this?

8. In regard to ads in yahoo mail.

   Look, I get it. I will get ads as long as I am getting free mail service, and I am fine with that, however, it is incredibly annoying that I go through and either look at the ads or get rid of them so that I clear the indicator that shows I have an email. Please either stop using the indicator for ads or stop hiding ads so that I can find them easily. If this practice doesn't stop, then I also will stop bothering to use or even look at Yahoo at all. I do also have Google accounts that do not go out of their way to annoy members.

    Email Signature:
    Would be great if Company Logo could be added to email signature. Considering changing email providers since this isn't an option. Tried the upgraded Yahoo Mail thinking it would allow, but cancelled when I realized this wasn't an option. Please consider adding this feature. Thank you!

17. Customer Service and Deceptive Marketing through Yahoomail!

    I have just spent the most frustrating 26 minutes of my life with a customer service representative by the name of "Jenny" who has absolutely no idea whatsoever about the meaning of the words "customer service". It was if she was on a mission to induce either a heart attack or an ugly response from my side to justify her incompetence. I don't know if anyone reads these comments but if they do, you know who I am as I am signed in, please have a supervisor reach out to me as the issue of this representative's incompetence is serious and beyond being condoned. She is doing you more harm then you can possibly imagine. I believe the customer calls are recorded so you can access the transcript of the call to verify what I am saying.
