Add a sort button to blocked addresses by date, and the ability to highlight a group to delete.
You allow us to block only 1000 email addresses, so when we reach the limit and want to free up up spots for more addresses to be blocked, it would be nice to enable us to sort already blocked addresses by date. This way we could delete addresses from long ago and continue blocking newer ones.

My idea is that too many ads are distracting my reading the emails so if you all can stop the ads. I never bought any items from the yahoo ads because they make me sick.

Make Yahoo contactable in some way for people who aren't from America
I live in Australia and have an issue with my inbox history.
The issue is not described in your help FAQ and your chat-bot sucks and is unhelpful.
If I try another route and select "Contact a Yahoo specialist" from your help page, it does a CAPTCHA test and then throws me back to the same "Contact a Yahoo specialist" page ad infinitum, making it impossible to actually get through to you in this way.
I also tried signing up for the Yahoo-plus support option (which is a ridiculous thing to have to do) but got a message saying it…

pop up ads with audio must be removed
Please remove the audio function on the pop up ads. It is totally disruptive to a work day and an intrusion on work calls to hear this out of the blue. Very unprofessional for a business email to have to deal with this and it's impossible to get the audio muted. This alone would be reason to move my business account to another platform. Please stop advertising this way.

Too much bad news!
I feel bombarded with negativity and news when I check my email & consider canceling my account because I'm tired of seeing all of the bad, horrible news!!! If I want to bring myself down & look up the news, I will. This is not a news channel that I subscribed to, it's my communication center. Thank you!

O ora dureaza sa verific un email. pana intru pe el sa imi validez o parola expira timpul. Nu mai sunteti deloc profitabili.... Devenit cel mai prosti si enervant serviciu posibil....Daca gasesc o alta pofibilitate in cel mai scurt timp renunt categoric la acest serviciu care adevenit cel mai penibil.

I am not receiving emails which were sent from an address which is not a blocked address
emails from a club are not arriving in my inbox. The sender does not get any notification of this. The sender's address is not in my blocked senders list. I don't see any opportunity to add it to safe senders...

Report as spam button should be the one in bold
Sending an unsubscribe request to a spammer only verifies your address and incurs more spam. Report as spam should be the option emphasized and "unsubscribe" can be in a secondary menu as it is basically useless against spammers or people who send malware.

Please allow me to block ads for holidays like Mother's Day. My mom passed last year and the last thing I need is constant ads about sending her flowers! There is no '3 dot' link on these ads to indicate that I don't like the ads. Fix this.
