  1. Receiving someone else's mail in my mailbox

    I keep getting someone else's emails in my mailbox. This has been happening for years. I have tried on several occasions to delete the alias from my account but this has failed. I am frustrated with yahoo because this is breach of data protection and my concern is that my emails may be going to another person. Can you please sort this out for me. When I added an alias email address, I didn't expect your system to add an extra alias on top of my own alias email which I setup.

  2. Images in emails STILL not showing!!!

    I sent in feedback last week about this same issue. The response I got was to check my cache, history, cookies, etc... and to delete to clear. I DO THIS EVERY SINGLE DAY ALREADY!!! That is NOT the problem! The issue is that there is something up with Yahoo that is not showing images in the emails or if they do show, they take from 30 sec. to a minute to load. I have checked the settings and everything on my computer and everything is set up how it should be. I have NO issues showing images anywhere else except…

  4. You do not have to change the mail format. Trying to force me to change or pay for this service by reducing the size of the page is stupid.

    DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING! DO NOT MAKE CUSTOMER MAD AS YOU DECREASE THE PAGE SIZE IN ORDER TO INDUC USERS TO TRY A NEW MAIL "PLUS". SIMPLY GIVE A FASTER MAIL. GOOGLE UNDERSTOOD THAT LONG AGO.
    DO NOT WASTE USER'S TIME ON UNNECESSARY RECOGNITION PROCESS WITH SILY PICTURES. A SERIOUS USER WILL INVENT A GOOD PASSWAORD AND CHANGE IT FROM TIME TO TIME.

  8. Strange spam. The mail I sent you?

    I didn't send an email.
    However, the mail comes in the form of the mail I already sent.

    And. If you report spam. If I click Report Spam. strange symptoms. My yahoo mail sends (send) to smishing mail. Automatically
    Spam handling is not working. It works weird.

    I reported spam, but I also sent this somewhere.
    When I looked into it, the email was smishing mail.

  12. Why am I getting Spanish language Yahoo when I'm in the US?

    I using NordVPN. I am currently connected to a server in St Louis. Despite this, I am getting Spanish language Yahoo home page and I am a US resident.

  13. I havent gotten any mail aside from ones from yahoo (since last year) and cant get anything to show up that should be sent

    I tried updating a old minecraft account and ive had the confirmation email sent 10 times just today and literally no other emails are coming threw but for yahoo add emails. I have 3k on a old AOL account from this year that i never use anymore but less than 20 total on the yahoo account i actually use.

  15. I signed in on a new device and now can't sign in on my phone or other computer and see new emails or send emails from those devices.

    I bought a computer for work use and signed into**yahoo.com using it. I had to change my password. Now I can sign into that account on my phone or personal computer and see new emails or send email.

  16. Deleted account

    I really need help. Today I tried logging in my yahoo account and get notified that they don't recognize my yahoo account anymore. I have linked so many stuffs to this email account. This account has been with me since the beginning of yahoo in Vietnam and many email and stuff there. Hopeless to find help on their page online but impossible. If you guys know their support email please help me. Thanks

  18. Search is only going back to 10/29/21 from today, 3/3/2022

    I log blood pressure results in my inbox by emailing myself BP readings. Right now, Search is only giving me results back to 10/29/21, Why isn't it going back further than that? It used to. I tried Basic Mail too, still only back to 10/29/21. It's BROKEN.

    ... I can look in my sent box from earlier than 10/29/2021, but search is returning no results from earlier than that.

  20. When I am checking my email from other devices, I would like for the emails I delete be deleted when I log into my account on my computer.

    Email deleting from devices. When I delete from my cell, when I log into my account on my laptop, the emails I deleted from my cell are still there.
