7/14/2020 A couple of days ago my Yahoo software changed from what I have been using happily foor years to new software.
THE NEW SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot manipulate the emails that have been sent to me.
You have made the worst rookie mistake possible - You have replaced something that worked fine with something that DOES NOT WORK.
CHANGE MY SOFTWARE BACK TO WHAT IT WAS THE WEEK OF JULY 7.

Hyperlinks for images in the signature
Please enable adding hyperlinks to even images in the signature i.e., I wish to have a twitter icon in my signature and on clicking it one will be taken to my Twitter profile. Currently, this can be done only for texts in the signature and not images/icons.

Seems like a trick of letting us vent out the frustration with a system that keeps deteriorating.
TO DO:
1. A list of items that were corrected in response to feedback.
2. To every feedback submitted receive an email acknowledging it being received with a number case.
3. Periodically update what is happening with each feedback by case number and email of the in charge team. -

Removing offensive advertising from my inbox sidebar
Please remove offensive advertising from my main email view. There is an advertiser called "Dr. Marty" who sells dog food. His advertising shows a dog that appears to be dead, along with the caption "3 toxic foods...never feed your dog!" This appears on my main mail every time I try to read my mail
The photograph is offensive to say the least and I have the same breed (German Shepard) of dog that's depicted in the ad. PLEASE DO SOMETHING so I can read my mail...and stop forwarding it to my GMAIL where I DON'T see this kind of horrible… -
Ask for confirmation after clicking the "X" at upper right that closes Yahoo Mail
How many times I make the mistake of clicking on the upper right "X" intending to close an email and find the entire Yahoo mail is closed and you have to reload Yahoo. Can you insert a confirmation to avoid this problem?

The artwork for your newest emoticons looks as if they were drawn by a no talent 6 year old. Bring back last years emoticons.
Give us back the previous version of your emoticons. The new ones are less animated and the artwork is VERY poor quality and definitely not as creative as the previous ones available for use.

after the charged my debit card the $3.49 monthly payment . I am still get adv. on my Email and when I asked for help the requested me to pay more other service to have the customer support .This is Scamming cuz stealing money for service I did not get plus there is no way to ask for help .we should report that .

Mail forward has stopped working since 10th of July 2020
Forwarding emails to my gmail account has stopped working since 10th July. I removed the forward address and added it again (also verified it) but it didn't fix the issue

move existing e-mails to folders according to filters
I would like to suggest an additional function to email filtering. When creating a filter to move emails to a certain folder, it is normally because it has become too difficult to search for emails of that type. and normally when a filter is created, it will only serve new emails that are received.
I would like to suggest a function (initiated from e.g. a clickbox) to even move existing emails in the inbox to that folder, according to the filter created.
